The people working there are simply not trained well with regards to company policies, indicating that the company could care less. Here's a classic example of the right hand not knowing what the left one is up to. Did the store employee deliberately mislead Gerbus? Probably not. But I'm fairly certain that Best Buy hadn't equipped the employee to honestly answer his customers' questions. Oh, and a $250 Gift Card? What a joke...

Got that exactly right, besides the fact I take ANY HD that crashes and rub it with an industrial strength magnet, good luck getting anything out of that HD when I am done with it, and then I take it out for target practice. .22's and 30odd takes out a hard drive better then any drill bit that I have...LOL
