I live in PA! Besides the chick has grounds. She was abducted by a guy who worked in the middle school she attended assisted by his girlfriend.

The police did a piss poor job because according to a neighbor of mine who is a detective, the investigating officers referred to her as "trailer trash". This sicko manipulated a 13 year old girl into having sex and thinking she would go to jail too if she tried to escape or told on him.

And as long as you live in Illinois the Nutbag quotient will remain pretty high

BS, she has been an adult for 6 years now.

1. There should be a time limit for filing lawsuits for past occurences.

2. Everyone should stop making excuses for un-acceptable behaviour. If she ran away from home, it's her parents who are responsible, first and foremost. Stop blaming the society for personal shortcomings.
