Dropping it may have in deed helped it. Sometimes mine would also reboot out of the blue. It has been much better since I upgraded the processor and ram, and installed Win95. But it still has its moments. Any problems that I have running BC3K, I automatically blame the machine and not the software, just because it is a Pac Bell. Especially in its original configuration, this machine was never ment to run v2.0. You are correct NEC pulled Packard Bell's plug back in November. They are only sold in Europe now. There are a few independent websites out there that do support Pac Bell machines. If you want to know more, E-Mail me, the address is down below. I'm saving up until I can stick an Evergreen Spectra 400mhz in mine.
