well this is more just pure arcade stuff than sim. I am looking forward to legacy, but it'll last what? 9 hours of gameplay? if multiplayer is great then yeh, but i get bored of ordinary multiplayer after a while.

what I want to konw is, in 2008 when this is released. will batman have been battling the joker for 3 years? obviously it will pick up couple years after the first one... i was thinking the way the last one ended, would have set the tone for a big bang beginning of the sequel, where after a few years batman finally takes down the joker in a good opening battle sequence, ala batman returns.

I think I will play over all the campagnes again during vacation. should be alot of fun! oh the scenario as the marine during the strike at the base is so cool, man this game will be so much fun when it goes permanantly online, seeing that cap ship rain death down upon the base. I think I saw some beams coming from the base too, do bases have turrets as well? Never noticed. Guess I haven't spent enough time assaulting bases first hand. I stick to orbit

i didnt have the patience either. i did the tutorial. i figured it out for the most part, i guess i just not into turn based games.... especially where you seem to press turn every 5 seconds so things can happen. in rome total war i would spend 20 minutes sometimes doing things in one turn.

ok for me... C&C 3, not really following, but a must have when released for me. Supreme Commander... looking at the gameplay movies, this looks hectic and fun! Star trek legacy... cause im a star trek fan Halo 3... Crysis looks like good next gen action game.

I agree with scriv on the third act. felt like an entirely different movie, before the third act began i wondered what they would do for the last hour and 15 minutes. btw sc, in superman 2 when superman gives up his powers and becomes human through whatever technology his parents used on him, he did have that one night stand (as a man) with Lois before going back and getting back his powers.

i did a search for this and did not find it anywhere. but a friend showed me www.googleearth.com today. at first i thought it was real time satelite imaging, but the security implications for something like are serious. but its a satelite photo, or some sort of digital image created from satelite imagry. you can zoom right down to your neighborhood. Im looking at the top of my house now. can see my residential area and stuff... its cool.

I played the demo and deleted it after the first mission... it would have appealed 15 years ago
