...or any of the other planets, for that matter. Am I correct in assuming that no one has ever indicated this in any way? If I am, does anyone mind if I make some stuff up? Clothing, Transportation, Food, Architecture, etc. BTW, what are the names of guns in the BC universe? (i.e. PSG1 sniper rifle, MP5K submachine gun, etc.) Or can I make that stuff up too? Thanx in advance for all you're help

BTW, this is my very very very first attempt at RPing...Forum-wise anway. Last time I tried RPing in an IRC chat, i got kicked, killed, then banned. They were probably jealous of my "1337 RPing 5ki11z" Anyway, I hope some of you like my "unique" writing style. Sorry bout all the smileys, bad habit =P. Mike, I won't let ya down! =)

lol Mike, I felt bad so i decided to add my 2 cents in . Anyway, the site is pretty cool, i like the java reflection thing and the flash menu. I have a problem with that head line thingie, the one that fades in and fades out with stuff. It's not really a problem, just annoying. Everytime a sentence fades in that's more than 1 line long, the 2nd line pushes everything down, then pushes everything back up when it fades out. Nice quotes everyone. Actually, the quote is "Fate, it seems, is not without a sense of irony." and yes,it is from The Matrix, I was watching it last night on HBO. The quote Caine gave was pretty cool "Another life taken, another soul lost...another check in my wallet." but it sounds so cold and heartless! I'm a warm and fuzzy guy! (Despite being an assassin ) Malleus Malefictorum had one of the best quotes IMHO, "No remorse, no regrets, I don't care what it meant. Another day, another death, another sorrow, another breath" although I'm so sure about the meaning of it, hehe. And no, I've never played Warhammer 40000, is that like Mech Warrior? Anyway, I've decided to use a new quote, an original quote...that I found on some website. What do you think? I wasn't sure whether i should have posted this in the New Commanders forum or here, because my question relates to my signature, which relates to Cypher, who is my RPG character (He's an assassin =D). Anyway, Cmdr Nova doesn't think my quote doesn't fit well with my character . My quote actually fits quite well with my character because he's a self-justified assassin. He has no remorse for any of the people he has killed because "Every man is guilty for all good he did not do." All that aside, what do you guys think?

This is a great idea. It makes it easier for newbies like me (I hate calling myself that )to read all those threads. I myself hate having to go through all those threads and posts on a extremely slow 56k connecion (which is comparably to a 28.8k) so this will make reading all the history easy.

I'm new, and I want to know how I can join an RPG. I don't know which to join but I think I would fit in with Independent Way more. Are there any rules to this? Cuz, I'm not really sure if this is the thing for me. Maybe I should hold out until online 3d multiplayer comes out.......
