TRUE Warriors Love a good Fight!! <RP> Cmdr Chavik, Thanks for forwarding your recorded Transmissions to me for my records. It seems that there is some unrest in the Camp back home. As for one side waiting on the other two to engage in honorable combat, just to come in like Hyena's and Jackals to clean up is, at best, not deserving of the title and uniform that they appear to hold so dear. I have little regard for "scavengers", and those who make promises that they are not capable of keeping. To come to Our Yard, You had better be a Lion, or you shall not linger long in this life. As for defectors, chances are that my Loyal Insurgents will purge said Scum from the depths of space and the annals of History. So, Lurk if you want, Hide if you will, but just remember, the Insurgency Knows where you Live!! <RP/> Cmdr Rattler, ICV Necromancer, Spectre, Insurgent One [This message has been edited by Rattler (edited 11-01-98).]

Gentlemen Of the Insurgency, I still await your "report for orders" and in-processing messages that I requested back on 12 October 98. Again, I most eagerly await your responses, and look forward to hearing from each of you that registered on the Commander's Roster as Insurgents in Spectre Fleet. Thanks, Rattler "Official BC3K Tester"

TC, I've been rather quiet lately, giving you a chance to engage in a "Battle Of Witts" with some of my Commanders and, in my opinion, it's been a fairly even fight. Good work by all parties involved. Now let's "Get It On" <RP> You, the ones who squandered Earth's resources, starved Earth's population to further your OWN interests in Space, and gave away the whole farm to Alien Races, have the audacity to stand there and call ME and My Insurgents Criminals, Terrorists, and much worse? Forget about the "Check Six" comment made by Cmdr Akira. I now quote one of my all time Heros from the 20th century, as he was facing what seemed to be insurmountable odds, but he had right on HIS Side. I now quote John Wayne from the movie "True Grit" and tell you not to "check six" but look to your Twelve O'clock and "Fill your hands, You Son...... (you know the rest, and this is a no profanity station ) " Time for talking is over, Time for action is forthcoming. Are you personally ready? We are!! Are you afraid? We are, not for ourselves, but for the people of Earth, should we fail. Are you willing to die for your cause? We are not. "You don't win by dying for your cause, rather by making the other SOB die for his!" Another Quote from one of my heroes from the 20th Century. Gen G.S. Patton Now you know where we stand. Hope there will be no further misunderstandings between EarthCom and Insurgents. For the Record, We don't like Gammulans either, so They should be dispatched with extreme prejudice upon ititial contact, without regard to other involvements on the field of battle. If they appear, we both kill them, and then get back to business of trying to kill each other <RP/> Have a good day Cmdr T.C. McQueen, and keep those new troops in line Rattler [This message has been edited by Rattler (edited 10-22-98).]

I must echo all the above in this thread. Thank God this is a Non-Contact game!! I could just imagine how this would have ended up if we had continued as we were, face to face. Everyone, "Keep the Faith!" Soon, I hope, we can add a new avenue to settling our arguments CIC is working hard on it, I'm sure of it . Outstanding Post, great words from "Blade Runner" Rattler

<RP> Like I said before, "A Lamb to the Slaughter!" Outnumbered, Yes. Outgunned, I kinda Freaking doubt it!! We won't even attempt to uncorrupt your singular dementional thought pattern, as this would most likely send you into a neural meltdown, and render you useless to anyone. So, like I said, we won't go there . You are, I think, a worthwhile target though. At least you haven't ducked for cover yet, so I don't know if it's Bravery, or Lack of Common Sense. You Interest Me!! I have this Commander in our ranks that might pay you a visit. I remember speaking to him the other day. His Dedication to the Insurgency is nothing short of Exceptional. His name is Cmdr Vorne. You ever hear of him? He's heard of you . Maybe he'll come to you, in your sleep! Maybe even in your conscious moments, though you haven't appeared to have many of those by your Vile, Dogmatic Posts that I have been reading of late. 'Tis such a pitty, as you had such promise . <RP/> [This message has been edited by Rattler (edited 10-13-98).]

Thanks for the comment on the Logo CIC, but Jester deserves the Lion's Share of the Credit. All I did was provide the model, and did a little doctoring in animation. he got it on into proper format first

<RP> While I'm on a roll, I/We are still waiting on You Brave Galcommies to come out and drag us back for that Kangaroo Court that you Promised us. When you gonna follow that threat up, or have you given it up as poorly planed event, not worth the trouble that it would take to "Bring Us to Justice?" <RP/> Rattler, ICV Necromancer, Spectre

<RP> Am I/Are We supposed to be afraid of such things? I think not! I'm not even afraid of Warmonger, and he's the best you got. He ventures out into the Dark Regions without escort, while the rest of you "StarWarriors" travel in packs, like the Dogs that you are. Try coming out on your own, just once. I'll meet you "mano-a-mano" if you dare. That goes for anyone of you "Wet Nursing" Cadets out there. But I doubt that I'll have any takers when RP is released. You'll probably send a "Lamb out to the Slaughter" while the rest of you come at me from behind, and Cloaked on top of it. "StarWarriors", One and All!! Humph!! . <RP/> Cmdr Rattler, ICV Necromancer, Spectre [This message has been edited by Rattler (edited 10-12-98).]

<RP> Hah!! Did he also give you this one? "Tis better to keep your mouth shut, and thought a fool than to open it and prove them right!!" Steve, again, I've got to ask the question, "does your Tac know where you are? It's getting dark outside, and by the attempts of your Fleet Commander, You surely are a long way from Home and Safety!" <RP/> This is truely going to be fun, can't wait for MP release Rattler, ICV Necromancer, Spectre

Finally, an EarthCom Player appears <rp> Thought you guys had given up and gone home. What's the matter, No light to lead you back to your front porch? I know that you do NOT thrive in the dark, or you wouldn't stay so close to home. Do yourselves, and Galcom a favor. Stay in the yard where it's safe. You'll live longer, and won't be under foot when the real fighting starts. Galcom has enough to worry about without having to keep you guys out of harm's way as well Better Yet, come out and join the party. The CIC is going to be hard enough to get, we might need your added distractions, just so we can get close enough to get the job done. <RP/> Rattler, ICV Necromancer, Spectre

<RP> Hah!!! You appear to be able to "Talk the Talk", however, can you "Walk the Walk?" This is the question that only you can answer, so be sure and answer it before you climb out on that limb. There are a lot of people out there just itching to use that brand new saw in just such an event Take my advice on this one, Galcommie!! Stay at home where it's "Safe!!!" <RP/> Cmdr Rattler, ICV Necromancer, Spectre [This message has been edited by Rattler (edited 10-11-98).]

<RP> DeSylva Wrote: "You seem to forget that, for so many years, WE, GALCOM and EarthCOM, have plied the space-ways. WE have protected the people that travel them with us. WE have fought the eternal fight so far from home." Spoken like a true GalCommie, brainwashed lapdog of the UFN, Half-Sister of that Un-Holy band of "Space Travelers?" that call themselves EarthCom. Hah!! They are afraid of the darkness of Space. That's why you never see them outside of selected planetary paths. Don't worry though, We'll leave a light on for them in the "Darkness of Space." As for you, Galcommie, WE WON'T. Remember the name of your ship, the "First Light?" That's the First Light We intend to "Turn OFF" on our way home. <RP/> You aren't the ONLY one that's back! No kidding here, Antti, I'd listen to Michael on this one, and don't start asking to do something different than what the CIC has already started giving us. Go to Development Wish List Forum, and read the messages there. If you still don't understand what is being offered, after digesting the CIC's post, come back to me and I'll try to explain it in more detail. Bottom line, I think, is Take What Has Been Offered, very graciously, and make the best of it Cmdr Rattler, ICV Necromancer, Spectre

Michael, I see a potential problem here. Say I register the Base that You now know about for the RPG here on the Forum. Isn't that going to undermine the integrity of the RPG? They won't have to go out and find it, I'll have told them exctly where it is. See the problem? Derek, Is there a way to put these inputs into a "Need To Know" category, and restrict access to this data base until you get them incorporated into the game? I don't have a problem with disclosing Sygan, everyone knows that, or should , but not everyone knows about the rest of the bases being built by the Insurgency. Spectre Squadron Commanders, get cracking. Find your New Base locations, strength's, equipment lists, etc; and get the info to me ASAP. This is a great honor being afforded us by the CIC, so let us not waste it. Cmdr Rattler, ICV Necromancer, Spectre
