GalCom had yet another mission for him to complete. Rumor's had it that the Gammulan fleet had set up a base on an asteroid in the asteroid ring. Probe's scouting that are found that these rumors were true. According to the breiefing GalCom had given him, ground troops and air assaults would be essential in thi mission. GalCom had told him that Beta wing might be in the mission and thatCommander Demoltion might assist him. Elio still vivdly remmbers the days he and Demolition fought side by side in furious battles. Demolition was stationed in Polaris. He had a small doubt he would have backup on this mission. "Zarui?" Elio spoke on his wrist comms to his troop commander. "Yes sir?" Zarui replied. He seemed a bit tired today. "Are the troops set?" Elio said. "Yes sir. Ready for anything." the Empirian replied. "I'll see you at 0800 hours at the Invader. Notify your troops they have that much time of shore leave and to get ready for the mission." Elio said. "Yes sir. I'll contact you later." Zarui replied. "OK. Elio out." and he shut off the comms. Elio walked down from his spot on the bridge and entered one of Starptah's meeting rooms, which had been arranged for Derrick Anderson, himself, and a few other people. Elio saw Derrick ordering the survelliance photos. "Hey Derrick. How do the photos look?" Elio said netering the room. "The base looks heavily defended sir but it's nothing we can't handle." Derrick replied. "ETA till the other commanders,my troops, and my pilots get here?" Elio said. "About 2 minutes sir." Derrick replied. "OK. I have my speech ready." Elio said. Elio took the seat at the far end of the table. Meeting room 20:00 In the room Elio's troops and his pilots were engaged in conversations, a joke popping out every now and then. Elio stood up and motioned for them to be quiet. "OK ladies and gents. At this time, tommorrow, we are expected to leave for the asteroid ring. GalCom informed me we might get backup. That has not been verified yet however." Elio said. Derrick stood up and handed Elio the survellience photos. "There shall be 2 teams on this mission. Team 1 enters the base from the South side. Team 2 enters from the North. You will land a distance out of their radar range. Your expected to go in, blow the base up, and get the hell out. Do I make myself clear?"Elio said. "Yes sir!" the troops and pilots replied in unison. "This mission is essential to prevent a future Gammulan invasion of Earth. It's also essential because there are cloning facilities underground." Elio said. Elio showed the underground complex of the base. "As you see, the underground is mainly labs and barracks. Once the snipers have eliminated the guards at the top you guys can go in and silently take the troops at the top out. Once that is done, both teams shall head into this underground complex." Elio said. "The Gammulans won't be happy when we are done with this so the Invader and our pilots will be backing up your escape. Get your sleep and be prepared for anything. Dismissed."Elio said concluding the speech. At that moment, the troops and pilots left the room and only Elio and Derrick were left. "Sir why do I have a feeling were going through the mouth of the beast?" Derick said in a cautious tone. "We have always gone through the mouth of the beast many times Derrick. This time were coming out there asses." Elio said. Derrick grinned as they got to the Invader. I only hope we get out clean this time. {/rp}

{rp} ship's log Cmrd Firo We have arrived at LV-184 as planned. We had a few fights along the way but they were nothing Gammulans in a stormcarrier can't handle. I'm waiting Barron at this present time. {/rp}

{rp} "Sir! The GCV-Andromeda has opened fire on the stormcarrier! It's falling to the surface!" his tactical officer said. The crwe let out a cheer. Knowing thyat they had try long and hard to free the GCV-Andromeda from the Gmamulan's clutches. Elio on the other hand, was silent. "Sit what's wrong?" Derrick said. "I don't know Derrick. Something in my gut is telling me this is just the beginning. We are in Valkerie territory an the Gammulans are probably sending reenforcements.". Elio said grimly. The cheering stopped. "Load repair supplies to a shuttle. Get that shuttle to the GCV-Andromeda so James' crew can fix the problems." Elio said. "Prepare for anything. This battle might not be over." Elio said. The crew was silent as they went back to work. {/rp}

"Sir! The Gammulan ship is heading for the GCV-Andormeda!" his tactical officer said. "Follow it! Tell the MK2s to stay back. We shall take care of this personally." Elio said. "Aye sir." The hyperdrive was engaged and the GCV-Invader was within range of the stormcarrier in moments. "Fire the cannons!"Elio said. The main cannons fired, letting out quick and deadly shots towards the Stormcarrier. "Is our speed at full? We ned to flank that ship to destroy it!" Elio said. "Engines at full." his flight officer said. "Why do i have a feeling something is out there sir?" Elio's tactical officer said. "Get ready for anything but make sure the Andromeda makes it!" Elio said. "Fighters engage the stormcarrier!" Elio said. The fighters had already rid of the fighters and moved to engage the stormcarrier. "Commanders engage the stormcarrier now!" Elio said. In instants the MK2s and fighters were there firing at the stormcarrier. There hyperdives had recharged in time. The fighters began there attack run firing at the PTAs. The MK2s' fire continued to pummel the stormcarrier. {/rp}

BTW for you people out there. Battles of the Alpha Canis IS NOT GalCom. if your interested in annexing the system for our empire, then join in!

i'm in. {rp} "Sir are you sure you want to do this?" the shuttle's pilot seemed upset and nervous to witness the scene that destroyed two fleets. "Yes i'm positive." Elio said. The shuttle entered the debris field, avoiding obstacles as it went. Logos of the Gammulan fleet and GalCom fleet and many pieces of steel was all they could see. "Wait a minute what's that on the radar?" Elio said surprised. The pilot seemed surprised too." That's the UCV-LEO. It's-" "No i meen that other thing." Elio said interrupting. "OMG! That's a pod!" the pilot said. "Get us in closer." Elio said. The pilot manuevered near the place where the pod was supposed to be. Near it, was the UCV-LEO. "Looks like they found it too." Elio said. In an instant the UCV-LEO engaged it's tractor beam and brought the pod into it's cargo. "Get me back to the Invader pronto. I have work to do." Elio said. "Aye sir."the pilot said and set the coordinates to the GCV-Invader. {/rp}

he does have a Gammulan fleet up already. you must not have checked under Gammulan-military. i'm not sure what happened to the site but we have maybe 20 members(then again i could be overexagerrating! )

the MK2 may not have many turrents but it can sneak up on you......... AND BLOW YOU UP FROM YOUR ARSE! use them missiles and the cloak.

{rp} "Brace for impact!" Elio said. The ship rocked suddenly as the Stormcarrier's wepaons pounder at them. "Missiles locked sir."his wepaons officer responded. "Fire a full salvo at them and use the main guns!!"Elio said hastily. In front of him the Stormcarrier was caught by surprise from the missiles and it's shields pounded by the added force of the main guns, missiles, and PTA system. "Concentrate on the Stormcarrier! Call the fighters! We won't last long with them in front of us.!" Elio said. The MK2s responded firing off there weapons on the Stormcarrier damaging it's shields more. A few heartbeats later the fighters arrived firing on the Gammulan fighters. The GalCom fighters chased the Gammulan fighters into opposite directions getting them away from the MK2s. The Stomcarrier fired again. The ship rocked and fired back on it full force. "Take evasive action! Get us under the stormcarrier so it's main guns can't hit us but watch out for the PTA!" Elio said. In moments the ships were letting there PTAs do the talking, firing at full force and from all sides at the stormcarrier. The Gammulan craft seem to try to avoid most of the fire as it accelerated and moved upwards to avoid any pummeling done to it's shields. "Keep firing! Move next to the stormcarrier!" Elio said. Suddenly the stormcarrier's aft pta stopped firing. "Sir the aft pta of the stormcarrier has been destroyed!"his weapons officer said with glee. The Invader was right next to the stormcarrier now. "Missiles locked." Elio's weapons officer said. "Same thing for the MK2s." his comms officer responded. "Fire!"Elio said. "Aye sir."and he did so. James' face appeared replacing the Tacops display. "Commander you have some great timing!" James said. Elio could tell he was full of joy and was ready to get out of here. "Commander Demolition and his Epsilon wing are on there way. There just one jump from here. I'll call you back later and get clear of that Gammulan ship." Elio said. "I'll be clear in a moment Commander. Thanks for the help."James replied. "Not a problem." Elio said and the comms were closed. "Sir! Incoming missiles heading for one of our MK3s!"his tactical commander said. Elio saw the missiles homing in on the MK3 but it had already activated it's ECM, whcih jammed the missiles sending them off course. The MK3's PTA fire finished the job. "Stay in close formation! Those fighters are going to intercept us. Expect that Gammulan craft that just cloaked to go at us." Elio said. "Aye sir."his weapons officer replied. "Make sure everyone gets out alive! I don't want any casualties!"Elio said. "Aye sir." both his medical officer and weapons officer responded and got to their stations. Dedication and the wise use of these ships shall ultimately get us through. {/rp}

{rp} May 8, 3022 Intel reports that Commander Elio Jason is either KIA OR MIA. All search and rescue efforts have proved worthless. Commander Demolition of Epsilon wing is also missing ad search efforts have a dwindling hope that they are still alive. "Sir, the time to launch is now."cam Derrick Anderson's voice. The MK3S had given up searching the GCV-Invader and the GCV-Invader wa sback to it's regular status. "We launch now. Get everyone into the ship." Elio said. "Aye sir." Derrick siad. Elio watched as Derricm brought the troops,the officers, and the medics into the GCV-Invader hidden within the trees. GCV-Invader Bridge "Engage the engines!" Elio said. With a rock the Invader lifted and flew upwards, gaining attitude. 'let's test these weapons/" Elio said. The GCV-invader adjusted speed and position and fired a barrage of missiles at the Insurgent camp. The Insurgents panicked and ran, a few firing back at the Invader. "Derrick get us the hell of this rock.' Elio said with a grin/ "Aye sir." Derrick replied. The GCV-Invader shifted again and ros eupward to the atmosphere, disappearing among the clouds........ Intel reports that the GCV-Invader has returned to GalComHQ. All the crew but a few marines came back in piece. The GCV-Invader is resupplying it's food resources,repair resources, and recruiting marines as well as getting a shore leave. GalcomHQ Medibay Commander Elio Jason stared out the window of his place. Seeing the blackness of spcae and a few stars. He also noticed Earth. "Please rest sir." the medic's calm voice said. "Ok. Ok." Elio replied and sighed going to a sleep. Commander Elio Jason was awarded the Award for Gallantry the next day for he and his brave crew's efforts to survive. Many recruits have come to Galcom to follow the same path Commander Elio followed. {/rp}

i have 2 favorites. the stormcarrier and the MK2. nothing can demenstarte supremacy as much as the stormcarrier. but i like a sleek yet powerful design and the MK2 wins there.

{rp} October 28, 3030 LV-125 After the battle raging on for a day, the ships of the startsation at LV-125 had finnaly become spacedust. The fighting was fierce and exciting. Lord David and some of his escorts were nearly at the planet, ready to take the starstation. "Sir should we capture the starstation or destroy it?" Firo's tactical officer asked. "We take it. That way more Gammulans ships can move here to help take the system. Prepare the troops and tell them to make sure noone survives." Firo said. "Aye sir."he replied. "Now that the defenses are down, fire at the starstation." Firo said. In instants the Stormcarriers fired their weapons on the starstation, bringing the shields down closer and closer. In instants laser fire came from the ships. "Don't destroy them all but make sure the fighters don't go near the GCV-Andromeda. Demolition deserves his share of fun too."
