Windows XP is showing great promise... My first fault was when i updated my drv fro my GForce 2MX 400... XP told me what the problem was... So i just went to my vid device properties, click "roolback" drv, and bam, DONE! I switch to the normal looking GUI, and so far, i am very HAPPY (W/O the Happy GUI) with XP. XP Pro w/ a Enterprise Code is the greatest thing since... Well BCM kicks its ass! I recomend it...

I have GTA 1 & 2 for PC, and 3 for PS2... If its coming out on PC, multiplaying will be god! The game play for GTA3 is GREAT!

I used to work in a computer store... And I must say, i have seen some pretty messed up crap.. I have poeple bring computers with floppy power connectors plug in directly to the Mobo, i have agp vids come in a box when its in a pci slot... The stories and tales just get must worse.

I have X-COM: UFO Defense, and Terror From the Deep.. However I dont play them because the speed of my computer, I dont need time lapsing... Impossible to play... SPEED is ungodly. Unless anyone know a fix. I miss it.

Even though MS is a evil company that charges lots money for a product that has 6.8trillion bugs (exaggerating ) when its first release, there is one thing i do thank them for. They have the industry bent one OS is which kinda good thing. That means, that software companies dont have to worry about porting every piece of software they make to 10 or more different platforms. Its the clock cycles! AMD is doing the same thing that Mac did with the G3s and G4s. A Mac G4, say 1200 runs to equivelent of a 1500 or 1600P3. They took some out. All in all, it was a smart move. With incresed actual speed increases, more heat would be a problem, but still is with AMD anyway, but who cares. AMD is the greatest company in the world. For price vs. performance, AMD is the way to go. Much better floating point anyway

ICS isnt that great of a protocol to use... if you working on a budget then sure. Its a hassle. I could never get it working either. LOL! Try setting up a VPN! Much more difficult. What version of windows is on em'?

I run a 1GiG Athlon w/128MB PC133 w/ GForce2MX w/64MB on that. I run BCM at 1280x1060 perfectly smooth with all the extras turned on, its beautiful. Most games that I can use Open GL on, I can run at 1600x1200 and still pull 48-60fps, but D3D only games, I have usally run them at lower. I guess 1280x1060. But since I have gotton my new vid card, The E2 Demo has never looked this good period. I was running it a GForce2mx w/32MB Dual head on it (offbrand though).

that demo will not work on my pc... it just sits there at the loading screen for ever... ever... and ever... ::shrug::
