For those of you cheapskates still sitting on the fence, I've updated the demo to the latest 1.00.11 game version and which includes the significant audio revision. Check the demo mirrors for it, but File Front already has it up.

Well, 2006 is here. As I suspected, it was a load of crap. Yeah right. He's been saying that since before I grew hair on my t*ts. Frankly, I have NO idea why people keep asking him about it. There is absolutely no chance of it ever happening, given the current industry climate. Unless of course it is a next-gen shootfest.

A small script update has been released. It solves and issue related to the EFP career in Roam scenario when escorts are launched from stations. Download this file and extract it in your game folder. It will be included in the next patch.

The latest version of the GBS tools contains Direct2Drive compatible versions of Playmod and PTEstudio.

Attentuation works just fine. Assuming of course that your audio drivers are not buggy. The sounds will attenuate around 10km from you. As I explained before, the sounds still playing could be whats left in the channel that wasn't already played (regardless of whether you jumped or not). FYI, AC97 audio is rubbish for games. Be glad that it actually works.
