Go to a station with a negative inflation rate (e.g. -1, -7 etc), then go to one with a different level (0, 2 etc) - and you will have your answer once you compare the prices.

My original plan was to ship the GBS-III modding tools with the game; either on the CDROM or as a separate download. Once it became clear that I could not devote time to doing this, docs etc, coupled with the legal issues brewing with Dreamcatcher at the time, I dropped all plans to do so. Then Dreamcatcher - without my consent nor consulting with me - dropped the price of the game from its original and intended $39.99 MSRP to $19.99. With that, I finally abandoned any/all plans to release this tool. I didn't promise it to anyone (I didn't even release GBS-II for BCM Gold to the public) and its not part of the game that you bought. It has come to my attention that Dreamcatcher Europe took upon themselves - and without my permission nor consulting with me - to indicate on the game box that GBS-III was available. Please take this up with them, because the North American box which I signed off on, does not have any such indication. These tools are currently only available to testers, most of who are already familiar with its use, going back to the very first GBS-I of 1996. I am going to make this very clear. I have absolutely NO intentions of releasing these tools to the public at this time. If you have any issues about this, please, by all means, contact Dreamcatcher Europe. That is all. Season 3 of 24 is really ramping up. Last week Jack finally killed Nina. Then we got to see, the otherwise timid Michelle, kick some serious terrorist butt. I was quite amazed that she had those skills actually. I was thrilled for her and it looks like they're making her a strong character as the next eight episodes (it returns on March 30th) wind down the season. Jack is a surly as ever. And yes, his daughter is as annoying (and talentless) as he is surly. I was hoping someone - anyone - would have killed her by now.

I need the saved game file. So go to the thread that shows how to pack up and send a saved game and send it to the email address specified and with a CLEAR explanation of what EXACTLY is going on in that saved game and WHAT you think is a problem. I have looked in this and its normal. I was under the impression that this had to do with the inventory. The inflation rate can go below 0 as this implies growth at that station.

I have released the RC5 patch. It is an rtPatch executable which can be installed on 1.00.01 (retail CDROM) or higher. Saved games WILL BE deleted. So if you are using RC3 or higher, backup the contents of your SAVE folder, patch, then restore your saved file contents.

No, that has nothing to do with it at all. The problem is that they will end up under the terrain if they were deployed on a steep incline (think angle as sharp as the sides of a pyramid) or if they are moving over terrain and they end up intersecting a steep incline. The undercarriage model uses a 3-point system and I never got around to doing a 4-point model - and I don't plan on it this time around. The reason that you can deploy them correctly now, is the same reason that not everyone has experienced this - they do deployment on relatively flat terrain as indicated in the manual, on the forums etc etc

Make up your mind. Did they run away or not? And did you actually check the marines orders to see if they are escorting someone else? There is a chain of command....screw it, no, I'm NOT going to type up all that crap again.
