speaking of slogging thru mud....reminds me of the last live-fire I did before I got out...it was last feb-march-ish...I was at Ft Campbell and we were doing a company live-fire on range 50-something..(think it was 55)..anyhoo, I was carrying the SAW and it'd been raining all day...so that night things were nice and muddy and we had a hill that was like 60-70 degree incline to go up (about 50 meters to the top)...well, I only fell 3 times..and I got my weapon all nice and muddied...it got below freezing that night..anyone wanna guess what happens when a machine gun gets muddy and the mud freezes?? That's the only time I've seen three consectutive machine guns get pulled off-line for saftey hazard...interesting side note...it was the only time I've had my clothes freeze while I was wearing them...

I know this problem has been addressed before but I can't seem to fix it. Whenever I get intruders on board and goto perscan, I get a ctd. That's running version .07, .08rc15 and .08rc18. So, what am I doing wrong and how do I fix this? Please help or I'll have to resort to shock therapy on my hard drive. Also, has the perscan color scheme ever been changed? Cuz if I install the .07 patch from the bcm dir it doesn't, but if I install from anywhere else, it does. Don't know if that's related (also when I install .07 from any dir other than the bcm.exe dir, then I don't get the ctd on perscan) Both the rc patches I mentioned cause this ctd, but I know they're not supported. I'd just like to know how to get .07 to work when installed by instructions. It's all very weird and I'm looking into calling a priest for an exorcism. Ok, I have two more questions...and you can make all the fun of me you want... 1. What does ordering marines to prep for combat do if they always run around with their weaps and armor? 2. Sometimes when I send my shuttles out, whoever I make pilot them seems to die upon launch...what am I doing wrong?

Ok, tried the campaign for ter/mil...just one question...is there a reason that the diplomat runs off and leaves his escort(me)? I mean, is he suicidal or something?

Hmm...must be nice to have a position dug for you...I have some not-so-fond memories of holding a shovel at odd hours of the night preparing a defense...somwhere in the mojave desert...ground was hard as rock (actually it WAS rock)...it was like 0200-ish, two men digging, one man pulling security...ugh...now I gotta be a couch potato to supress that memory again...
