Even so. This type of thing is happening more and more these days, not just in Germany, but also in the UK and here in the US. I still wonder what compels these people to do this; its not like you'll 'win' anything from killing a real person. Though, perhap it falls into the category is 'immaturity' and lack of self control.

Or you could just download a problem called "Truecrypt" and store all your information there, I've found it very effective. So effective, in fact, that when I had my computer in shop some months ago it was there for over five weeks.. I later found out that the tech working on it had spend four of those weeks trying to crack my Truecrypt volume, he didn't succeed of course Suffice it to say, he's no longer working there. However, I've always had a saying. "If you've got nothing to hide, then there shouldn't be a problem with an officer searching your car. However, if you say 'no' THEN you have something to hide, because that officer will assume right then and there that you hiding something potentially 'illegal'"

One day on easy you mean: On legendary it took me three straight days. While I do agree the campaign is short, nothing like Halo 1's long missions, the cinema and other things in the game more than back up for that defect. And you'll probably love the last mission (I know I did ) But I'm not a fan of paying for a subscription to Xbox live...

From what a comp buddy of mine said, it wouldnt be 'to hard' for Microshaft to make Windows Live work with XP, all it would require is a pretty big (optional) patch. But M$ won't do that because they want money on Vista, sadly they are getting it because to many lemmings aren't bothering to check what that POS OS actually gives them, they will quickly realize that many non-vista created games won't work unless they are made by microshaft. Don't get me wrong, some non-vista games do work but not all. Even Supreme Commander, which IS a Vista Game (Vista/XP) doesn't work very well on VIsta.. Kind of tell's you something doesn't it? But despite all that, as long as M$ use's Live for all its games, cracking them won't mean much in terms of online play. Oh.. and Halo PC's MP is still very populer, apperently no one likes Halo 2 PC's Multiplayer

No software that only runs on ONE OS is good, trust me. DX 10 is a Vista only software, and for that reason alone, a lot of gaming companies still prefer DX 9 since their game will work on WinXP... which, by the way, is still the best and greatest OS out there. I still pity the Vista fools though.. they seem to think their OS is so great, so godlike, but they are blinded by their own fanboyism and don't see the ACTUAL issues with the OS.. One such IS DX 10... even the graphic cards that RUN DX10 have encounted MORE performance problems with certain games (like Supreme Commander) than DX 9 has.. Plus, there is another rumor about DX 10 that I have yet to confirm...

I'll be the guinea pig Been playing the demo off and on; it's pretty interesting, graphic wise its ok and the sounds are good. However, the way it starts out makes you wonder if that's how you'll start in the actual game. There was no creative ideas for the start, they throw you RIGHT into battle first thing, NO tutorial or nothing, you have to learn on the fly. While for any BCer this isn't a problem; but for complete Space Sim newbies (like my older sister) it's not beginner friendly. The combat is interesting; it takes a lot longer to take the shields down on a fighter and in some case's it's actually worth investing in some antimatter missiles. Voice acting could use some improvement though; and the face art also needs improvement. The maps are pretty expansive, but there is not much life in the universe, I guess thats a good thing really. The combat is the only area that I think people will have a problem with; but only for awhile. All in all; the demo shows that the game might be 'ok' but it could use some improvements in some areas. I would recommend ya play the demo first before actually getting the game; it's worth the try though

Join the club Darkling. Currently I'm unsubbed as the game has become to boring; most of the corporations are full on Pvp and Pvp in this game is purely based on who has more skill points, it's not based on actual SKILL. (Leadership maybe, but not actual skill) But then again, money is also the issue..
