Videogames will replace police some day!

Honestly, this movie is an average action flick. Though if you have a keen eye, you can also spot some issues where kicks and punches don't "connect" even though they act like it. Also there's the deal with the jeep. Smashes through a police barracade (of cars) like GTA and then speeds off right? Next shot, perfecty repaird.. brand new. Oh... enough of the d*** jokes already too...

I think he was complaining that there was a cap in the first place, not that it was supposedly 'removed'.

Maybe if use is continual or not.. IE: Foot on the accellerator the whole time.
