Ah, finally some awakening. I've been saying this for years but some people don't get it.

Well, I saw a report a week or two ago on CBS that it's mostly the parents who are discouraging their kids from joining up and going with them to the recruitment offices. These paremts have finally realized that the military is no longer the Welfare department and Baby Sitting service it once was where one got free college education and benefits etc... The military is serious business. In this day and age, you need to give something back for a change and that is actual service. BTW: I do believe that the recruitment age has been increased to 39 for the army reserve. The military finally began to realize that they were turning away mature and valuable assets that wanted to join up but couldn't because of their age and who knew what they were actually going in for.

That's because the Clinton's are still the darlings of the Media. I think the media is still in denial about the cigar caper. You know the democrats are going to come down hard on this issue because, in their eyes, Hillary is the their possible dream ticket back into the white house.

Personally, I don't understand the purpose of his rant. Basically, all I can see from his article is that he's a fanboy of not being a fanboy. I'm also sorry to say that most of us have busy lives and can't spend the time or money, picking, choosing and playing good games on whatever consoles they come out on. There are so many hours in a day, so many days in a week, so many weeks in a month and so many months in a year. A line has to be drawn somewhere. Anyway, yes I am a PC fanboy. I don't object to consoles and their games as much as I object the dumbing down of games for the console or taking a good PC franchise (which started out on the PC and made it's glorious money from PC gamers) and flushing it down the toilet by migrating the game to the console and then just porting it back over to the PC. Duke Nukem, Deus Ex and Pirates Of the Carribean (the game reeks of a console port besides other issues) all come to mind in this respects. That's my gripe about consoles. Of course there are exceptions to this as well. Such as, Knights of the Old Republic. The one strange odd ball in this as well is GTA. GTA started out on the PC for the first two games then after that the games came out on the Console first while PC gamers sit and wait for a upgraded version to arrive on their systems. Heh, it's actually quite funny having a person who's only played the console version of GTA 3 and onwards and seeing it on a PC for the first time. "Oh my god, you can see to the other end of the city! In fact, you can see past two streets!!" I can go on but I think everyone's gotten the point by now. Besides, it's only human nature to be doing the things he talks about. Take for instance sports. We all have our favorite team and even when they loose they are still the best. Why? Because we are fans. As for the other teams that we are not fans of, let's not go into what we call them. Also, take for example your wives, you choose that particular woman to marry because to you she's the best dang woman in the world (well we can only hope can't we). In conclusion, I think his entire piece was rather parochial.

It might be because Tempel 1 is moving closer to the sun and the increased heat could have opened up a crack in the comet's crusty surface, allowing trapped dust and gas to escape. "She was unconscious when I got to the blood pool," Dicus said. "So I tried to pull her from the water -- the shark had made an attack when I was trying to get her out of the water. I was in the market for a new mouse. My old microsft ball mouse has seen better days so time for a new one. I just happened to be at the logitech site checking out some devices and came across this: Logictech MX-518. I loved the specs so much, I just ran out and got it last night without checking any reviews (which I never fail to do before buying a product). After playing a few games with it, all I can say is this mouse rocks amd it feels like it's riding on a cusion of air. I was curious as to what others thought of this mouse and found a review at Gamespot: Logitech MX518 Gaming-Grade Optical Mouse. I agree more with the community rating of 9.5 rather than the 8.5 of the in-house-reviewer. If you are in the market for a new mouse, or just want an edge in your gaming, go for this one. Trust me you'll love it. Hmmmm, I'm sounding like a commercial aren't I.
