yes, if my memory serves me I think you are correct. I do believe though that there is a third alternative Lithium though one change is required the liquid of choice would have to be something other than water, ammonia perhaps?

From a hypothetical view wouldn't this just strengthen the hurricane by helping its updraft? Besides i don't think you can escape mother nature that easily.
