Not likely, as I think there is only one battleship remaining in the fleet and it is in mothballs waiting to be scrapped. Unfortunately, the age of the battleship appears to have ended many, many years ago.

Even if these laws didn't exist you still would be paying outlandish taxes as politicians would find something else to spend your money and my money on. Most, but not all, of these laws are old relics from the 1800's or so, it is funny that they are still on the law books.
