But the biggest problem IMHO is still that the ones selling these media articles doesn't (mostly) have no intention to check the age of the consumer.Though this is their very duty. Well,in my country it luckily also counts how old you are at the time you committed the crime.He was underage when he programmed the virus.Do you really want to put an 19 year old one into a jail where rapers,murderers and other scum resides?It would destroy his future!He only damaged virtual things-->and uncovered security holes.It's not something he can be proud of,not at all.He should have been sentenced to have much more social hours,3 years or something like that.But he didn't kill someone.Thus the court judged IMO pretty correctly. Finally I have seen the movie,and it was very stirring in the first half of the movie(especially the scene when the alien machines devastate the city from which the ferry starts,and then all these screams and lights and corpses...I was being flooded this first half of the movie without any pause with adrenaline). The feeling of despair was so tangible,it was almost frightening (IMO).But I guess also this heavily relies on the big screen and the surround effects in the cinema(and on the great acting by Dakota Fenning and Tom Cruise).On your normal screen in the living room,without surround sound and a screen size of merely 20" it wouldn't have been that fascinating I suppose. quote:Tripods making tuba noises ?
