I can probably guess with reaonable certaininty that the answer to this is gonna be flat out no. Though I believe the GBS is available for your scripting pleasure but I have been proven wrong before...

I gave this a shot tonight, and I was very... how shall we say... underwhelmed? the control setup is very nasty, you either need a click to move system (which would fit better with the combat style) or a full blown mouselook lock with an "activate" key for interaction and inventory similar to Morrowind. I also found it to be over sensitive. Even after setting the mouse sensitivity down I had problems with not doing 360s on stairs or even getting up them without falling off. Inventory movement was a pain and the first time I got a shield the darn thing just wouldn't go quietly into my inventory... instead decided to plop around in the marco panel and handily erase all the preset ones. Now some of this could be user error but I really don't want to be looting a corpse when I'm being attacked nor do I want to be stuck holding a shield that just won't drop or equip while under attack. Now Im not usually a big fan of graphics but the torque engine if I remeber right is the same one used in Tribes 2 and last I ran that i could run at full res with no slowdown. Not so with this, I well night have to run on the lowest graphic setting and resolution just to get acceptable framerates... in menus. Could be a driver or vid card issue, I don't know but whatever it was the impression of the game doesn't get bonus points for 2d menu slowdowns. Maybe if they keep developing it it'll be a decent game and a fun MP one but right now all I found it to be was frustrating. I felt more like I was fighting with the controls than being able to enjoy the game iteself.

just finished up watching the series for the first time yesterday. Don't really have a favorite episode quite yet mainly due to the fact that all of them have some quirk or humor or just plain great lines that make it enjoyable to watch. On a slightly different note a friend of mine and I were discussing the movie and the show. He was of the opinion that the movie doesn't continue the story of the series and that the characters were different. Eg. River has her killer mode in the Movie and it shows how her brother got her out. I'm of the opinion that the movie continues and to some extent comepletes part of the story arc of the series. eg. Rivers killer mode was alluded to with how she took out the guards and her unexplained understanding of firearms and to a lesser degree knives. And at the very end of the series they finally understand shes a reader. In that sense that character don't deviate from the personas established in the series though more facets of them are revealed in the movie.

well since digital cameflague is just now coming into style for humans, isn't it possible that the dinisaurs had it too? In all actuality I really didn't notice the shinyness that much and I could forgive it as being part of the dense tropical rainforrest ideal.

just saw this tonight and came away mixed. They did good in an over arching sense but got caught up on minutia. About 50% of the events leading up to ann's escape from Kong could have been cut without affecting the plot. In all actuality I was expecting to see the return voyage too... kindly that was skipped but we all figured it out. 5/10 (kong was pretty impressive bit of rendering)

is that DVD set widescreen or full frame only?

Soback, Down boy, down! Where did I ever say that I agreed with the limit on magazine size? My comment was merely on the basis of what was written in Jags post. It is my opinion that what was written is trying to force irony where there was none. There was no need to turn your response into an evil government conspiracy rant.

te only one I see with a flawd premise is 32. I was under the impression for limiting magazine size was to increase the chances the bad guy would have to reload before the cop does.

I agree, Thief III is good fare. some excelent sound design and well... the voice acting isn't half vbad either Does a very nice job of tying down the thief trilogy.
