Better way to Save games?

Is there a better way to save games than going to command->systems->exit game/exit & save?

I forget to save and will play for 4 or 5 hours and then the game crashes and then I go

Is there an autosave feature maybe? Autosave every 10 minutes or something?

Ouch. Sorry to hear that. But you are breaking rule #1 using a computer, whether its playing games or editing a Word doc. Save often.

The fastest way to save is just "exit" which saves to the default profile and "resume" from the main menu, which loads the default profile.

Alt-G,name your save, then resume works pretty quickly

Yea, I've been using Alt-G. Just seems kinda non-user friendly to have to quit the game every time you want to save. Well, exit your current game and have to reload the whole thing all over again.

Would be nice if we could have a quicksave/quickload feature in the next update patch. But the last few RC patches have certainly increased my game's stability so I haven't lost much gameplay due to a crash...just when I screw up and get killed .

You guys should count yourselves lucky that you can actually save the game - and save it anywhere.

I removed quick save because it was problematic and I don't intend to renable it because I don't want to make more work for myself.
