Supreme Cmdr Posted January 22, 2003 Report Posted January 22, 2003 OMG!! That looks wicked, doesn't it?
Epsilon 5 Posted January 23, 2003 Report Posted January 23, 2003 Your negativity on this forum is beginning to get on our nerves and I'm getting too many PMs about you. The next time you get banned, you're not coming back. And if you edit this message in any way, I will suppress your ability to post. If you don't have anything good to say, don't say it. Guest JuanFermin Posted January 23, 2003 Report Posted January 23, 2003 Cool!!! When do we get to buy it!
nasos073 Posted January 23, 2003 Report Posted January 23, 2003 Very, very good work!!! I guess whoever did this knew exactly how to behave to a milestone, an BCM Gold is such one! I'm sure whoever sees that box will have the following expression: ... and when he will install and run the game-considering he knows what he bought...
Fractux Posted January 23, 2003 Report Posted January 23, 2003 Damn, it's worth the 10bucksjust to own a cool box like that !! Boy they really have some good art designers. Cheers!
Pedro Pablo Laracuente Posted January 23, 2003 Report Posted January 23, 2003 Now that looks good!!!! Long live BC!!
weegee_101 Posted January 23, 2003 Report Posted January 23, 2003 I dunno, I like the original BCM box art better. Gave you more of a feel of the game. Besides, does that box even have the grand ole phrase "A Derek Smart Simulation"? It needs it if it doesn't.
Gryphon Posted January 23, 2003 Report Posted January 23, 2003 So, um, when do we get a nice 1024x768 size copy of that cover so we can make it our wallpaper, hm?
Supreme Cmdr Posted January 23, 2003 Author Report Posted January 23, 2003 Its just a prototype so far and is not final. The final version will up - along with the BCG one - when they're done.
Guest Fox__Trot Posted January 23, 2003 Report Posted January 23, 2003 Nice box but im waiting on bcg before I buy another bc game school books are expensive
alanspeckman Posted January 23, 2003 Report Posted January 23, 2003 From Dreamcatcher BCM Gold Pentium II 300Mhz or AMD K6-2 350Mhz processor 16MB DirectX 8 compliant 3D graphics card ------------ Maybe a PIII 450 should be minimum. I have run BCM on an Athlon 500, 256mb RAM, Rage128 Pro, and when near a planet, external views get a bit choppy. I think 3000ad should up the minimum requirement for this game. Oh, and run BCM on a K6-2 350????????aaaaahahahah YEAH......, RIGHT!!!!
Eclipse Posted January 23, 2003 Report Posted January 23, 2003 The folks over at Dreamcacher make some high class box designs. THat is good referance just for package design.

AllenKG2001 Posted January 27, 2003 Report Posted January 27, 2003 It's the same picture from the original BCM box but with more colour. Looks good.
Pedro Pablo Laracuente Posted January 27, 2003 Report Posted January 27, 2003 quote: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Originally posted by Fox__Trot: I want to see the bcg box!!! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- http://www.3000ad.com/images/bcg_box_front.jpg I think they are redesigning it. They did to the BCM:Gold one. (if that picture with the yelloy gold edintion text on it was supposed to be the box) Anyways, the SC post seems to say it all: quote: Its just a prototype so far and is not final. The final version will up - along with the BCG one - when they're done.
Wolferz Posted January 27, 2003 Report Posted January 27, 2003 the words Gold Edition should be in raised gold letters, just my opinion, FIW
Urza Posted February 5, 2003 Report Posted February 5, 2003 I like the color contrast, as well as the 'widescreen' photo.
