(yes a couple of us went down there for spring break... boy do the women love us army folk... whew... too bad i couldnt remember the trip...)

The judge ruled that since she flashed on public property without reasonable expectation of privacy, the picture was therefore taken with given concent, no matter the age...

If the girl is a looker, I think she may be trying to weedle her way into her 15 seconds of fame, which is about how long these girls expose themselves on camera. Too many people in this country are still hung up on puritan standards of decency regarding human anatomy. We could delve into a whole new line of debate regarding this subject. "If you've seen one pair, except for the occasional mole, you've seen them all."
