Guest HorseloverFat Posted September 12, 2006 Report Posted September 12, 2006 I'm looking to get a 'real' soundcard, and the audigy 4 looks pretty good. But what is the remote control for? Maybe someone with a audigy 4 can clue me in.
Wolferz Posted September 13, 2006 Report Posted September 13, 2006 So you can play your fav music from the other side of the room. Unfortunately, there is no disc shuttle in a PC and you'll be required to get up and change discs anyway. I threw the remote and it's infrared transciever into my junk box as soon as I unpacked them. However, you can remotely access your MP3 library if you have alot of music residing on the HD.
Supreme Cmdr Posted September 13, 2006 Report Posted September 13, 2006 Why an Audigy4 instead of X-Fi?

Supreme Cmdr Posted September 15, 2006 Report Posted September 15, 2006 Oh. I thought they were relatively the same price. If you're cheap, why not get an Audigy2 ZS?
