Well, I went to see it. While not Earth shattering, I thought it was actually well done. Besides, apart from Nick Cage, I don't think anyone can play disgruntled and surly better than Mark.

What is up with all the demons and stuff in the preview? Does it follow the same story line as the game? I can't think of any one better to play Max Payne than good 'ol marky mark but I'm sure there is someone older that could have played it. Maybe Bruce Willis ? Thinking about it I think Bruce willis probably would have done a much better job : P

From what I gather the angels and demons in the previous are there to take away the souls of the people he kills and aren't actually there as far as Max is concerned, I hope there aren't actually demons in the movie

I went to see it at the old "value" theater today and, I have to admit, it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it'd be. While it was somewhat shallow in story and goofy in execution, it was a decent popcorn flick.
