Been there.

I went, I played, I got bored to death.

Nice concept, graphics (I love the lasers) and stuff, but as far as playbalance, its FUBAR'd. Wonder why most of the time there is no one logged on?? Now ye know why!

Heh, same deal here Tac.. when I've got Freespace 2, BC3k, Half-Life, and a few others sitting on my HD, I just see no reason to play that game anymore.. lost interest in it. Have to admit though, it was good while it lasted!

Yep, I agree, I played the game since Beta 4 and its just boring after a while. Once you have a pretty good ship there is nothing to do but kill people and make money, but if you already have a ship you like then killing is all that is left. Also, the game is poorly balanced. Finally, if you are newbie, look out, people will kill you over and over and over and over again as you leave stations and things. I like Pvp but not random pk, so it gets a little old fast. Some of the graphics are cool, and I liked the flight engine.
