Kevin Trotter Posted September 16, 2002 Report Posted September 16, 2002 I am a die hard Pittsburgh Steeler fan. Need I say more? I guess so. Does anyone not know how to beat my team? I almost called off of work and would have but I knew everyone at work would know why. Please no mean remarks ,I'm looking for sympathy here. And oh yeah if anyone does have anything bad to say I simply remind you what Jay and Silent BoB did to thier detractors at the end of thier movie....I have frequent flier miles and a nasty disposition! rjy01 Posted September 17, 2002 Report Posted September 17, 2002 As a fellow Pennsylvanian, I feel your pain my friend. On a brighter note, PSU crushed Nebraska this past weekend (although admittedly there's a long season ahead for the Lions.) Of course, you're probably in the Panther camp huh?
Onikaze Posted September 17, 2002 Report Posted September 17, 2002 Yeah The whole office I'm at was pretty low today. I only watched a abit when it was 10 to 7 and after about tem minutes or so I could see they were sucking worse than a crack on the space shuttle so I turned it off only to do just as badly vs the saints in NFL2K3. I wonder if they will have ANY luck this year...
Guest Grayfox Posted September 17, 2002 Report Posted September 17, 2002 go nittany lions. love penn state. did joe pa retire yet? perhaps you should migrate to the other side of the state Race and become an eagles fan with me when i move in a few months, ill only be about 5 or 6 hrs from pittsburgh. maybe we can catch a game???
GREG MILLER Posted September 17, 2002 Report Posted September 17, 2002 I'm starting to believe that last year was a fluke. Either that, or all the other NFL teams studied all the tapes last year, and have figured out how to beat the Steelers on both Offense, & Defence. GrayFox, they are going to bury Joepa on that field, he has no signs of quiting anytime soon.
Guest Grayfox Posted September 17, 2002 Report Posted September 17, 2002 well hell hes been coaching the lions for how long??? they should bury him in the home side endzone.
rjy01 Posted September 18, 2002 Report Posted September 18, 2002 PSU will never let JoePa die. It will be either Weekend at Bernie's or his talking head in a jar Futurama-style.
Guest Grayfox Posted September 18, 2002 Report Posted September 18, 2002 well... theres always cloning
Joel Schultz Posted September 18, 2002 Report Posted September 18, 2002 I feel your pain too. I watched the Raiders/Steelers game in Kings with my girlfriend and just when you started to get your hopes up, their special teams let go a touchdown return! This is why I hardly ever watch sports anymore: all the teams I care about play like crap...
