Attention Insurgents! I've been noticing that the newer Insurgents are moving away from the way that the Insurgent sigs were originally set up. There are mispellings, improper punctuation, etc., in them which is intolerable. Have a little pride in the Insurgent fleet. Get those sigs corrected ASAP. If you need examples of them, take a look at Chavik's, Eclipse's and my own. If you need help getting them straightened out feel free to PM either one of us.

quote: I assume the next Fleet Leaders meeting is on Sunday, July 16, 2005. I have a wedding to attend starting at about noon my time, or 1900GMT. Could we reschedule for an earlier time of day, perhaps 1600GMT? Another option would be to hold the meeting on Saturday the 15th or at a different weekend.Actually, it's scheduled for Sunday, July 17 at 1900GMT. In order to be consistent, the meeting will still be held at that date and time. If you are unable to attend you will still receive a copy of the minutes as well as any other absent Fleet Leader. The agenda will be emailed out to all Fleet Leaders no later than next Sunday. With that in mind, if you see something on the agenda that needs to be discussed, feel free to send your concerns or comments to me and I'll ensure that it is relayed on. Remember guys, if you have something that needs to be discussed at the next Fleet Leader meeting, be sure to email or PM it to me so I can add it to the agenda. As of right now, the only thing I have is the discussion on Ben's spreadsheet "thingy." Regards!

I've been a Falcon junkie since Falcon 3 was released. I had read about this new one somewhere a while back but had forgotten about it. Thanks for bringing it to our attention, SC. Ordered my copy today with free shipping to boot. Hmm..there seems to be enough of us getting it...maybe we oughta start a 3000AD Falcon squadron!

quote: That's funny, I never got that memo. If you had not posted the start time, Sho, I would not have known when to show up.Probably because I didn't have your email, Quazar. If you PM me your email address, I'll add you in and forward you a copy of the Agenda. quote: Sho, did you hear from Remo about changes to the agenda? No, I didn't. As a matter of fact, I got a PM from him stating that he wouldn't be attending.

quote: I'll accept the challenge, which may make me a few minutes late to the meeting.I think you'll be on time. Based upon how you've been playing, you'll have the match in the bag in minutes!

Ben, the time for the meeting was on the Agenda email. It is Sunday, June 19, 2005 and will start promptly at 1900GMT. At the time that the email went out, there were not any Fleet Leaders involved in any challenges. If you miss the meeting, you will still get a copy of the minutes.

quote: Ok so my question, are we playing this or what multiplayer? I read in product info it has in 2 multiplayer COOP scenarios. I love COOP. Since we can't save game data until UC:O I can't think of anything better than COOP. Us trying to out wit 15 battlecruisers or something. We'll be discussing this at the next Fleet Commander meeting. I'll keep you posted.

Yes, Mordax, I've been tracking that one also. It looks to be pretty cool, especially when you can make your own movies and upload them for others to see.
-
I believe Chavik stated over at ICC that it was the Shuttle Strike scenario.

Thanks so much for putting your trust in us keeping the Insurgents alive, Rattler. Like Andergum, we hope to hear from you from time to time as you are cruising the galaxy during your retirement! Stop in anytime!

I've been following these since they first landed. Jag, you want to see something cool? Go here and you can see a movie that one of the rovers took of dust devils!

Thank you for your valuable information that you have provided over the years, Andergum. I look forward to working with you in the future in your advisory capacity.

They are both good games, I own both. However, Dangerous Waters is a bit complicated, hence it's 500+ page manual. If the manual doesn't scare you and you learn it, Dangerous Waters can be an excellent modern day sim. Silent Hunter 3, on the other hand, is not as complicated but there is still a lot to learn. There is a demo for Dangerous Waters for you to try, but there isn't a demo for Silent Hunter 3.

quote: hereEl Che, please respond to the Insurgent Rollcalls in the Fleet Database. When the monthly rollcall is initiated by Chavik or I, an email will be sent to your email address (hence it is important to make sure you have your correct email address in the database). Once you receive the email, go to the Fleet Database and respond.
