Quiet! Quiet! Its like a morgue out there. I'd go rattle up some noise but with no net connection its a bit hard(I can't even download the latest patches) I'm stuck to posting from work.

I don't think its gone to quiet around here. I've been away for a while and have to admit I noticed a slight drop in posts when I returned, but the regulars are still here. I think SC is right the 3000AD site as a whole is well managed and finding information is very easy, thus a lot of Newbie how do I or I am having questions/problems are reduced.

The 1.07 full does not need a previous patch installed. 1:Install BCM 2:Install 1.07 FULL 3:no other steps required. If 1.07 will not install it is quite possible you have a corrupt download. re-download the file.

Thats a no brainer kids to fat - parents not watching what they are eating. Although I may be able to sue Eircom(telephone co over here) for not bringing in ADSL over here and costing my co thousands in internet calls (here's hoping!)

I had to give up playing it when I realised that I spent a fair amount of my time going to work and doing the housework/minding the kids already I didn't want to waste my recreation time doing the same thing on my computer ------ Thats just silly

Dice rolls still happen but they are done by a number of "Storytellers" who make sure nobody breaks the rules or gets to far out of character

I am now 27 and have done the 9-5 work a day route and went through a bad patch when I was about 25 feeling very depressed about where I was going in life and the like. But a lot of that has changed now I now work for myself and although money is tight at the moment(IT contracts are not easy to get at the moment) I am happy at what I do and enjoy the freedom working for myself gives me. My kids are my greatest uplifter(our eldest just started Montessori) but other than that I've got into motorcycling and its great. My last aim in life is hopefully emigrate to the USA and the search continues for a job over there(heres hoping)

God what a week. Sorry I've been away a while, but the good news is that my second son Daire was born last monday at 7:54 am(GMT). Mother and son are both doing well and our eldest is getting used to his new baby brother. Good start to a week though I think!

I just saw EP II yesterday with my 2 year old son and although I was under pressure to get to work I really enjoyed it. The last battle was indeed spectacular but I enjoyed the story too. I will admit Anakin could do with some acting classes as some of his scenes seemed a little flat But otherwise very enjoyable.

I agree he deserves alot more than what he got I was working as network admin at the time the Melissa hit and I was in charge of the anti-virus for a large site, surfice to say that I had an extremely busy week but at least I am glad to say that no major harm was done. But I have never had anything consume so much time in my life in one week(besides BC of course) and it caused some serious hastles for our IT dept...

Oh hell how did I miss this one. Happy belatted birthday SC hope you had a great day.
