argh! can't resist! using this pic (and a few others) thet determined the executor to be 17.6km in lenght, although games such as Xwing vs tie fighter : Balance of Power showed it as around 8km. so to compare ... click here The Executor's bridge tower is bigger than the entreprise-d itself. wow nice.... one thing bothers me now to think of it ... if the engines look green/aqua on the marauder why are the contrails orange?

BCG will get *cough*CS:Z*cough* released, and we know it's coming *cough*TF2*cough* becasue we HAVE *cough*freelancer*cough* periodic progress *cough*doom3*cough* status. And it's a good thing. Damn cold

[rp] That's what you call organisation? the top may look nice, but if the roots are all screwed up the tree sure will fall easy. It's not about micro-management, it's about coordination, unity, and knowing what every damn body part is doing![/rp]

quote:Originally posted by Supreme Cmdr: BCG will have damage maps (thats what they are called) which show visible damage. They are just another layer of texture applied over the area of impact and have nothing to do with the model mesh itself. Thats what STBC and every ST based game used.I'm talking about this kind of damage, not this one. Which one are you talking about?

Red Faction wall damage + BCG = fun ... but pretty unprobable considering current techs .. although I noticed STBC had that, to some degree.

[rp] Racist? me? I am part of Galcom, which the forces are more than 50% human. My crew is mostly human and I speak with Vesperons often (as opposed to most of my kind, but that's another thing) Besides, if he wants unity, he can still join one of the Gammulan fleets, no? then again, I wouldn't see the difference, since I didn't see any kind of organisation. I don,t think "throwing ships" at the enemy and calling for backups is really the way to win. no wonder Gammulans didn't expanded their borders in 15 years. [/rp]

MERRY CHRISTMAS! I'm the first one to be on time with the board!

[~rp] See? Gammulans are so much bent on assimilating and conquering eveyone they can't stand to have indepedent gammulan commanders to post where other independent pilots do! [/~rp]

the entreprise (heavy cruiser) is so small, a ISD is bigger, and carries a bunch of fighters and other misc. vessels the imperator is 1 mile (1.65km) in lenght almost precisely, and the executor is around 18 miles (30km) ... and boasts a HUGE support fleet ... exactly (from the data I got) : 57 TIE Squadrons(684) of varying types 15 TIE Interceptor Squadrons(240) 5 TIE Bomber squadrons(60) 5 TIE Avanced squadrons(60) 1 Skipray Blastboat Squadrons(12) 4 Assault Gunboat Squadrons(48) 6 X-14 Missleboats 50 Lambda-Class Shuttles 20 Gamma-Class Shuttles 300 Sentinel-Class Landing Craft 100 Delta-Class Transports 100 AT-AT Walkers 200 AT-ST Walkers 100 LAV Chariots 450 CAV's 250 HAV's 15 Mobile Command Bases the entreprise is a peanut compared ...
