I want the ODS systems to be weaker

Actually I'm a Techno-dance-trance type of fan.. but my brother actually loves heavy-metal, hard rock and all the music kind where they're shouting from start to end of the song

Because you can make them impossible doesn't mean you should.

First of all, and it has ben said SEVERAL times before, FLEETS are MILITARY castes ONLY, raiders, traders, assassins and such form squadrons, corporations, guilds, etc, NOT fleets. And second, raiders make pretty targets for fleets
