It depends. Some won't be able to have the game as soon as it's released for different reasons (like me), and those that don't know about BCM yet will use the 3rd to make their choice.

The BCTE is the program that was supposed to be the indoor thing for BC3K/BCM, but was abandonned in early stages because of the limitation of the third-party engine used for it.
