I don't normally get involved with the production bit of the game in the forum but hey: Stop *****ing about release date or dynamic whatchamacallit Hal. I've seen games that has been delayed for over a year and still not many people ***** about it.If SC releases it say in the projected time ages ago( was it April?) we wouldn't get the new features that we are having when it gets release now. Then there's bugs....Imagine if he released then with the known bugs that was out then unsquashed people would still be *****ing about it!! Thats the reason why he went indy in the first place...so he can take his time PERFECTING his product and not releasing something that is unfinished like B3K 1.0. Nobody blamed the publisher for forcing him to release it early. They blamed it squarely on him. Personally I'd rather Derek takes his time so when the game comes out you are rest assured that it's been thoroughly tested and will be fun to play instead of saying "why can't this game to work without crashing" all the time like some of the games I've played. IWar2 was okay but could've been much much better. The last act for me was rather dissapointing as I enjoyed being a pirate. It's more like a movie than a game to me and like any movie (apart from Debbie does Dalas) I would only watch it once.....maybe twice. Multiplayerwise is also a bit of a dissapointment as the last time I tried it (a few weeks back) there was nobody there but its probably as I had it when it first came out.

Lol I found out about this disturbing news last night at VE as you said Lord David. I thought it was a joke at first by VE (remember BullDogs Microsoft article?). But then I saw the same thing here. General Fendi (FS)(UFO) at your service. Yup I still remember the Myk/Firestorm wars and boy the flame war was fun (lol). I then moved to Allegience with some other people from Tachyon cause we got bored with the same thing over and over again. BCM (or GCO) should be fun though cause if I ever get bored with being a commander I can always change into fps or something else. This game should kick a$$ especially when the multiplayer addon comes out so check it out. p.s. I almost forgot my trademark "Kill me....I'm a Newbie"

Yeah multi-sided battle but something that would make me wanna upgrade my computer again. It's like every Commander is infected with a virus or something and starts attacking everything in sight (like Royal Rumble) even his own team mates!! Just watching the battle would be fun (if I live long enough)

Oh yeah also get a fast internet connection like ADSL or cable. You'll never know when Derek decides to give us something to download like a new demo or mission (hint hint). Last time I tried to download a demo (ep2) it took overnight and I missed a few calls from my in-laws (which is not such a bad thing really ) Once I move house I'll also be getting cable modem but not now. In England you have to have a years contract and if you were to move, it means you've breached your contract and you have to pay for the whole year before they reconect you.

For the short term I'd say go for AMD first as it is cheaper. It's fast and its cheap. But if unlike me you have cash to burn and want the best there is get a P4. On the other hand if you are broke I can sell you a state of the art Cyrix-333 (lol). Nah seriously get the P-4. Why get an Imprezza when you can get an EVO-6(not 7)

Sometimes the mission won't end if you don't do it the 'right' way. But basically you are allowed to do anything in the game. The game really picks up when your first alter ego is promoted to leftenant and you get to order your guys about i.e. suicidal things (hehe). I am supposedly on the last mission (destroying the scuds) but my brother has 'liberated' my copy. Oh well now I can't be a spoiler tell everyone what the ending is like.
