Got empire earth the day and had a lan with my friends,.....did a world war 2 naval battle scenario(eg. battle of the coral sea)........two words.....kicks butt!! My fav unit is the battle cruiser, I wonder why..........hehe

Let's not turn this into a flame war!! I'm a GM, and as good a speller as you...hehe. The spelling mistake, wasn't, a word missing from my vocab, but just a stupid typo!! I respect all the plot developers of BC(RPG, etc..), but I'm stating, I have some skill on developing fantasy!! As for the Credian Military.......I didn't want to be the bright faced newbi, gaining the role of grand leader, and changing the directives of the Credians totally; but rather...a mutual relationship between the members and myself...I would be more of a moderator, than a grand leader!! The guidelines set out, would have had the Credians mimicking the role set for theme in the storyline, and RPG threads!! If no one's, gonna do this, why can't I?? Now I understand, that respect in this forum, is not from who I'am as a person, but how big the number is next to my post count!! With my theory in mind, I give up, I'll just let this blow away. A missed opportunity for an extra spin and extra option too the new recruits, for the RPG threads and MP game universe. Sure, in the future there will be a Credian Military, but for now the community is to scared to experiment, with fresh blood...!! BTW, "The Pluto Insurgency" is a great story, I'm guessing you're a good gamemaster, DeSylva!!

Welcome Vandal, you have now entered the mystical world of BC forum! I'm no classical punk, but when it comes to BC and music, I'll have to disagree(with trance)!! In the first demo, I threw on some Dvorak, Motzart and Beethoven.......IT BLEW ME AWAY!! I 100% recommend every one into BC to try this out!! Fellow fleet members, looking at the fleet data base, I saw how unbalanced the race's are! There are way to many Terran's!! (most been terran/millatry). In my opinion, there shouldn't be so much focus on galcom(correct meif I'm wrong). In protest, I want to start up the Credian millatry, in control of the Trenis system!! I have no clue on how to do this, so could some one help me out!! You're lucky I did'nt delete this thread. You can't even get the spelling in a subject correct and you want to do what? I'm to lazy to use mining drones, they take to long!! I want quick money, so in each system I just stop off at the debris patch, and collect the stray cargo there!! I've got some really cool stuff from the Polaris system.......check it out!

This is what I needed to hear!! It's just that, I was playin' BC3k, and I wanted to deploy all my ATV's to attack a base all at once using waypoints!! I wanted the shuttle to come down form high altitude, then at the "drop off" be low to the ground, so the ATV's don't obtain any damage form a fall!! But if the AI handles this, I'm satisfied! BTW, I wasn't referring to Homeworld as a better game than BC, but been able to control general altitude of you're ships, seemed pretty important(thatÔÇÖs why I referred to homeworld, thatÔÇÖs the only other game I know that implements the altitude system in 3d space! SC is paving the way for how a computer game should be done, the profits should go to the developer, after all itÔÇÖs the devÔÇÖs baby!! I personally have never in my life seen a game anywhere near the quality & size of what youÔÇÖre up coming titles promise. And further more, I have never seen an independent dev game that goes past a desktop theme(not that theirs anything wrong with that,(oh if anyone wants to correct me on this, IÔÇÖm listening) )!!!! You deserve the praise you get Derek!!
