  2. 512MB is more than enough to use it. I have 1GB and it works just fine. As long as you let Windows manage the swap file, it should work just fine.
  3. No. Thats NOT the solution. Had you actually READ the video section of the troubleshooting FAQ, you would have found the solution.
  4. Nero 6 does not have that problem either. You just have to install it in expert mode and not install ImageDrive. DivX will also cause that problem unless you install the latest version.

  19. A game's EOL (according to publishing contracts) is one year from its retail release. Traditionally we've supported and improved upon our games way past this period. Anyway, this is the official notice that the Universal Combat EOL is on May 1st 2005. On or before that date, one final patch will be released and UC, like our other four older games, will no longer be [actively] supported. Also, the free public multiplayer servers will be switched to support Universal Combat - A World Apart only; as we will no longer be providing free servers for UC. One more server will be added for UCAWA, for a total of four servers; all running various types of UCAWA mp scenarios. [ 04-05-2005, 06:33 PM: Message edited by: Supreme Cmdr ]

  21. I think their choice to go with the original name, kinda hurt it at the box office. Most people had NO clue what it was about. Stupid Hollywood.

  23. quote: Originally posted by Scrivener: OMG. Is SC actually defending this megaviolent piece of cinema... from ME? heh, I hear that hell has yet to freeze over quote: Oh well. I was pretty hard on the movie. I guess I was just expecting the next Kill Bill - and it just didn't quite live up to the technical excelence of those films.Yeah, I can understand that. Then again, I didn't see Vol 1 yet (though I have it on DVD), only vol 2 - which I understand was a lot tamer (in the violence dept.) than vol 1. Is that true? quote: My experience with moviemaking has tainted me. Yep; and there's nothing wrong with that.
