  1. The only way you'd get a corrupt saved game is if you were previously running a game that was not created from the same patch level. e.g. running 2.00.20 patch level with a game from 2.00.08 (or whatever the last compatible version was). It can also happen if your HDD has bad sectors and part of the saved game got written to such a sector. Nothing I can do about it. In the future, please search the forum before starting a thread about a discussed topic. This thread will be deleted later today. Send the saved game (there is a topic here about which files to send and how) to [email protected] and I'll take a look when I find time.

  3. Whoa!! Given that all those movies have made about $2.7 billion worldwide and given Marvel's 14% cut, looks like Stan could be looking at a $40m pay day. Wow! The man deserves every penny. Corporate b*astards.
  4. The manual and appendix data are correct. So is my previous post.
  5. ...only in Japan Don't dump me or else the HL2 saved game gets it!
  6. Radar range has nothing to do with having a firing solution. And missiles have their own built in radar and do not use the craft's radar system. Read the manual.
  7. I'm there. DAY ONE!!!! And Scriv is right on the money about the soundfx in the trailer; however, its F4 damnit, sound or no sound, I'm there!! This looks like it could be bigger than the X-Men movies. Man, I must've watched that like ten times, back to back to back.
  8. Yes, according to [H]ardOCP
  9. OMFG!!!!! OMFG!!!!!! OMGFGODDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!! /me squirms back into straight jacket.

  12. Yeah, ok, whatever. ..but what I would REALLY like to know is, how you actually managed to obtain the distance of the NPC craft from the gate.
  13. quote: Originally posted by Spaceghost: Thanks for the prompt reply SC. I will wait until another Megaron (the same ship as mine) jumps in and then see how far that jumps from. And how exactly are you planning on doing that? Unless you are sitting IN that craft, you will not be able to figure that out. If its a Megaron, it will do it at the same distance at you; since they use the same logic and dynamics.
  14. I didn't go in expecting anything; especially after having survived the awesomely scary The Ring. But I like this one. It was a bit slow paced and a tad anti-climatic, but I like how they didn't go over the top in any aspect. 8/10
  15. The jump distance to any object, always depends on the length of the ship and the size of the target. This is already discussed on the forum.

  17. nah, its all hearsay.
  18. As usual, GameSpot rolls out the dramatics
  19. Looks wicked!!! Apparently it is directed by Louis Leterrier; the guy behind The Transporter (they recently shot parts of part II in Miami a few months back I heard), Asterix & Obelix etc. Luc Besson produced. Robert Mark Kamen (The Transporter, Kiss the Dragon, The Fifth Element) co-wrote it.
  20. Hello n00b
  21. You may have driver remnants left behind. Download the Driver Cleaner utility and follow the instructions to complete remove your current drivers, then re-install them.
  22. Did you read anything about that in the PR? Is this thread about UCHI?
