I saw this yesterday and have very mixed feelings about it. It seemed long and drawn out. As to the technical wizardry, yep, its got that in spades. Now I see why they couldn't reshoot that part in the movie where there was blood on the camera lens. Remember that part during the combat sequence at the apt. building? I was wondering about that, but it all makes sense now. 9/10

If you apply the wrong update, then you will have that problem. There is only one update available for UCSE and it is on the D2D patch downloads page and is called: Universal Combat: Special Edition v1.00.03 Patch [Digital Distribution] You need to download that file, copy it into the game folder when the D2D downloader has completed. Then run it from there. We recently had this same issue whereby someone was downloading and applying the ADD-ON to their UCSE game.

To answer that would basically give away the whole premise of the movie. Its a serious spoiler.

I went in to see this, expecting nothing. Boy was I surprised. Just go see it. IMO, it was a damn fine way to retire him. Well, at least until "Son Of Rocky" comes out in 2010. 10/10

Sorry bud, can't help you there. Have you updated to the latest December edition of the DirectX drivers? Also, do you have the game mode of your mouse enabled? If so, try turning it off. Also take a look if you've tinkered with the pointer settings in control panel.

Nothing to do with the game. If you've been messing with the AA settings for your video card, you may experience this.

Please read this UC is a 2003 game. Go to the main page for the site and you will see all the games listed there, including their release dates. It should then be clear which is the most recent game in the series.
