There's even a higher jump upgrade too.

All I gotta say is thank god they released this demo version. If I were to base my purchase on the previous demos, I would have thought twice even though I love the Tron movie and thought the game premise was cool. This demo does the game justice. Sebbish when you get to data area the place with the light bridges and floating boxes take a trip on one of the boxes and explore the upper area. There's a place on top you have to jump from box to box and there are two data bits one is a hand blaster that weapon is cool.

At first I thought I'd be singing the blues with another dissappointing product but all I can do now is sing praise . Thanks SC for the Opera recommendation it makes IE look like a piece of swiss cheese. I dloaded and installed the latest version 7.11. So far, I've been running it for two days now and it's great. I really appreciate the file transfer feature of this Internet Browser. Setup was very easy. Using the import feature I imported all my favorites from IE and I just copied and pasted all the IE plugins into the Opera plugin directory. I did not seem to find a plugin importer but since I'm new to this program it might be there and I just didn't see it. Anyway, I'd recommend OPERA7 to anyone.

Sorry for the second post but I have the main page for the gentlemen that made that mod JKII MOD . It's his portfolio page and only has a few screen shots of it. Since his main page is still it must mean he must be doing some work on the actuall MOD page.

Hmmm, OPERA I've seen that browser from time to time but wasn't too sure how it was. I thought it might be just another flash in the pan. So you guys do recommend it over IE.

Damn the page is gone in one day sheesh. I get the message when I click on the link in My Favorites in IE. He may be updating the site (I hope). Anyway, if you liked the Gladiator movie with Russel Crow then this is the MOD for you. Actually, even if you've never seen the movie or didn't like it this MOD is for you too .

Just like you would seek a doctors advice before you enter into any exercise program or taking medication.

My drives list as (when I go into my computer): Boot_disk C: Games_prog D: Downloads E: Swap_Temp F: The biggest benefit for doing it this way is your boot drive is saved from excessive fragmentations and boot up speed is fast and I find that windows files get less corrupted. Downloaded files, swap files and temporary files are the biggest culprits for a fragmented Hard Drive. Most importantly the Swap file is the biggest culprit. I also reassign the windows/temp directory and the IE temp files onto the swap disk. Let me tell you it use to take me forever and quite often to do a defrag when I just used a C: even with a C: and D: partition. Now the C: drive is barely fragmented as well as the D: drive even if it's weeks before I defrag. 99% of the fragmentations now occur on the E: and F: drive but who cares they are not invovled in booting and running programs. So if anyone here is planning to do a fresh OS install, it would be a great benefit if you re-partition your drives to the above scheme.

Oy, vey. After reading all the posts in this topic I can understand why SC gets irritated. I'm gunna put my two cents in I hope it's worth it. First off a Pc is not a Console (thank god). The computer needs fine tunning from time to time and this in most part is due to Windows. Do the following (before contacting any game company Tech support): 1. Make sure all drivers and OS are up to date. If not, update them. 2. Before installation do a scandisk and Defrag also you might find it useful to do a full surface scan of the hardrive from time to time this will pick up any bad sectors on the hardrive that a standard scandisk run will not pick up and the sector scan will mark those bad areas on your hardrive as unusable to the OS. If you do have bad sectors, it might be time to invest in a new HD. 3. Install Game. 4. Run game. (if game runs fine you can proceed to step 5 else skip to step 6) 5. Download any patches that are avail for game and install it. 6. If game and/or patch do not run or give you problems read all the FAQS avail in the manual and Online. 7. Ask youself how long has my OS been up and running since I installed it and how many programs have I installed and Unistalled to the OS. More than likely the OS is bogged down and this is most important when it concerns the REGISTRY FILE. It might be good time to do a fresh install of the OS. Or another altenative if you are brave enough use Registry cleaner program to get rid of any useless crap that's lingering in the Registry file. I myself find it much easier to backup my important files and do a fresh OS install 8. After you do all of the above and you still have problems with the Game and it's patches then it's time to contact the Tech Support dept. 9. And before you ask, yes I do all of the above mostly steps 1 and 2. I've had no problem with BCMG at all. Installing it, running it and patching it.

I just came across this today a MOD for JKII and let me tell you it's got to be the most awesome MOD I've ever played for any game. Give it try if you have JKII JKII MOD

Sorry Epsilon 5. Wasn't implying that you were a noobie but I couldn't tell if you tried that route. Have you tried Ctrl-Alt-Delete and just look at the tasks that are running in the background? Check out the ones you don't recognize. Alot of those ad crap programs you can catch doing that. I agree on the Spybot that was featured on Tech Tv's The Screen Savers show as a good program.
