But whose finger was in the chili remained a mystery. The owner was traced through a tip made to a Wendy's hot line, Davis said. He said the man lost the finger in December, and authorities "positively confirmed that this subject was in fact the source of the fingertip." The nature of the industrial accident was not disclosed.

I agree SC. Another thing I have issue with this also is the name RealId. It's like they are saying any other ID we have now is not a real ID. After mulling this over, the Federal Government is basically saying to the states "we don't trust your ID system and how you implement it so we are going to take it over and standardize it" and the states are just taking this lying down. I blame the individual states in this for not having the will to fight back and telling the Federal Government to just drop dead.

WASHINGTON HEIGHTS (CBS) A stone retaining wall along the Henry Hudson Parkway in upper Manhattan has collapsed, burying parked cars under a massive mound of dirt, trees and debris. It happened during a mud slide at 1380 Riverside Drive, at West 181 Street in Washington Heights. I live a few blocks from there. Luckily, no ones been injured (as of yet there is a lot of debris to shift through). If you look at the pics the lighter square area (right side mid-top) is a childs playground and the collapse came so close. It could have been a nasty disaster. Very, very lucky. The entire area near there's been evacuated (since there's still danger of more dirt sliding down). If it reaches the buildings, egads!!! Turns out that the property owners have been aware of the wall problem for some time and only till pics were taken last week or so showing a nasty crack did they contact an engineering firm but still nothing was done. All I keep hearing now is emergency vehicles and news choppers.

Funny thing is that I can't find one mention on this on any mainstream media sources. Not even on CNN. What's going on with them!? It would have been a nightmare for you developers using this engine if Epic bought the license lock stock and barrel (including prior control over previous license signees). Hello Marvin and greetings. Agreed, depending on where you are at and who are what you download from, speed is going to vary widely. Like I've explained above the speeds given by modem and internet providers are theoretical top speeds you can obtain from devices and providers. Alas, it's not a utopia out there and your speed is dependant on other factors.

Bloody perfectionists. I grew up on TOS and I don't mind all the imperfections. That's what gives it it's charm and that includes being able to notice the stunt doubles.
