I would need much more time than I can afford at this moment (you guys write a lot ), and, although I don't agree with some of the statements that I've read, the kind of things that you are talking about here is not something that I can jump in and say "yes, this is right and no, that is wrong". Most of the discussion is rather Metaphysical or Philosophical. The bottom line is that we have people here who are capable of thinking about the deep questions and who like brainstorming. And this is yet another proof that this is a very special community. I'd stay away from Celerons. Also, keep in mind that a dual processor board does _NOT_ mean twice the speed. If the program/application that you are running is not optimized for parallel processing you'll end up with the performance of just one single processor.
