Yes, the biggest mechs are 40 feets high (12 meters), it's a limit in this universe for gaming and realism purposes.

Everybody on your ship goes off-duty when they are too tired, and go back on-duty when rested. I think they go off-duty when they are at 75% fatigue... but not sure.
