Dump them. I know this might sound crazy, but I know severall people who have AOL DSL connection and they say it never disconnected them, and AOL customer service is actually ok, you never wait for more than 5 minutes and all the problems are usually solved in the first call.

E5. Wasn't he a pretty long member in this comunity? The whole opinion of him just kinda went down the drain. That's a shame. Anyway. Warez is wrong. I burned 1 game in my life and that was because I had some VERY bad problems with the original CD (for some reason safedisk from the original cd wouldn't let me play). To troubleshoot I had to buy new cd-rom, found out it wasn't the problem that was causing the safedisk not letting me play, return the cd-rom, loose 15bucks repackaging fee (I also paid $40 for the game) then reinstall my OS as per developers recomendation, went back to the mall and exchanged the disk (recomendation) anyway at the end of the day I spend 12 hours trying to get that game to work and about $80 in game cost, repackaging fees, fuel ect... That got me so POed that I just went and found a warez site, burned the game and used the cracked .exe file. A week later though my concience just got to me though and I basically disposed of the disk and washed my hands of it.

By the way, if anyone was wondering if the reason he doesn't mess with my orders is because he is off station. Nope, he is on station and provides all the benefits of him being on station without telling the marines not to listen to me.

I have noticed something that I really like. When I assign marines, Resnig doesn't mess with them anymore. So I can put let's say 5 marines on duty and 15 searching, before he would always take 5 more marines that were resting so that he would have 10, now he leaves my orders the way I want it. I like it.

The reason I am asking is because I could do that when I was 15, now I am 20 and I noticed that if I don't excercise I will start picking up a little weight. So metabolism does slow down with age, you just gotta move around and don't eat too much junk food.

Also, thinking about this realistically, if you have a gigantic ship, and the main computer is damaged, then do you have any idea what ammount of time it would take to find/fix the damaged systems without the main computer? It would be pretty much impossible in space and would have to be done in their "dry dock". Same thing for todays planes. The computer on board a 747 will actually run a continuous self diagnostic and will tell the pilots/maintenance what is broken and what is about to break. It will actually comunicate with computers on the ground and if anything is ABOUT to break the maintenance guys will call the pilots and warn them about it. Here's a true story for you. Pilots were doing their pre-flight check, phone rings in the cockpit. They pick up, and it's the maintenance telling them that some circuit breaker is about to pop, and while they are talking, "blop" the circuit breaker pops. It was the computer that send the info to the maintenane and the maintenance called the pilots, and that's just todays plane. Now compare that to a space ship with 100+ people and extreemly complex systems, without the main computer you are lucky to be able to get to the station, because once you loose it you are basically floating around in a huge "soda" can.

It works just like it should. If you don't have the computer then you can't fix the ship because you can't access that computer and therefore not only can't you issue orders but you can't see what else is damaged and therefore you can't troubleshoot or fix it. So what you need to do is dock with the station, system engineers have their own stations computer that can be hooked up into your ship and you can ask them to repair your computer and then if you don't want to wait then launch and repair the rest yourself.

I am going to cry here for a second. I can only see half of my jetpack in space. Drivers problem or wrong image?

Every time I look at a picture of him I am amazed. How can a man, do such horrible things. You almoust made me cry. I really should be a better man and get my priorities straight (bills or games). And people say games aren't addictive. There's one way to look at it though. When you get a better computer and can play BCM, you won't have any problems because all will be found and fixed and there will be a lot of new features to spice up the game.
