That reminds me of the half time commentary during the State of Origin series (for those members who are not from the east coast of Australia, it's a three game series of rugby league matches between Queensland and New South Wales). The commentators were examining the statistics on a bar graph, except that they kept calling it a flowchart.

How does one find out their shipping status on BMT? Is it only for online orders (I sent a money order in the mail)?

I see no reason why they can't sue for breach of contract and expect to win, especially since the breaches are so overt (Bethesda doesn't even bother giving a reason why it doesn't pay the advances). Then again, legal fees can be a killer. [ 11-19-2001: Message edited by: Menchise ]

Wow! I didn't realize it till after I saw the title of this thread. Talk about lookalikes! The Kim Basinger lookalike is obviously the Tactical Officer, but who's the JLo lookie? I've never heard of Beyonce. This makes me wanna look through all the portraits for any other familiar faces.

Why else would they be trying to settle out of court other than to cut their losses?

I just took the Political Compass test.
