I'm just making this post cause I'd like to see who all in this community works in theatre? I don't mean movie theaters either, unless you actually work in the movie making industry. I'm talking about Actors and Actresses, Technicians, Playwrites, and Directors. Oh, community theatre I guess counts too. I'm a Sound and Lighting Technician for the Golden Isles Arts and Humanities Association, Ritz Theater, located in Brunswick, GA. What do ya'll do?

Well, last weekend at 3 am I was towing a ship to a friendly station when I was being chased by a high AI who was suprisingly "neutral" to me, but who's intentions defintly worn't. Yea, I feel pretty stupid about that one. I had to space myself out the airlock, this time Resnig got to pull the lever, he actually did his job through all of this. Funny. Oh, and 'allo Jag, haven't seen a post of yours around here in a little while, but maybe I'm just blind.

Any way to start the game on "hard" setting?

There's nothing challenging to me in the game, except for the stations that kill you before anyone can blink an eye (unless you,re cloaked, then you can get in position and kill it just like you want) Use a shittier ship then... Try kicking booty in a Canlon, maybe that'll be difficult enough for you then. No seriously though, I do agree the game is unquestionably easy sometimes Epsilon, its just I realize that each ship has a different AI level. Besides, don't you ever get chased by the high AI dudes? Maybe its just that I'm an Insurgent, but I've lost my share of battles against them. I've had to back out in more than I really care for. Try playing the game in a weak Heavy Cruiser if you arn't already, that should increase the difficulty for you then. -
LMAO!

They must have changed their mission from when my mother went there. Her Oxford dictionary she has from college definitly doesn't stray from the basic english language. I still feel funny about it though.

This actually upsets me a little. The Oxford Dictionary is supposed to be a no slang included source of words in the english language. I dunno, but this really bothers me a little.

LOL Thats great Tac! Where'd you find that?

Atomic, you are the greatest newbie ever! *hugs atomic* This is soooo cool, I'm installing SS2 right now! Thanks! P.S. Everyone, I strongly suggest playing this game in the dark, at midnight, for about 2 hours before you go to bed. Hehehehehehehe.

Ahhh, ouch then... I've always caught it while its in the middle of whatever system I find it in, then time runs out before it ever gets to the jump point. If at first you don't succeed, try try again.

Yea, lets give them a few days. I've begun to map the new system. Its taking shape finally. Remo's server dropped before I could figure it all out though. I'm gonna make two versions of this map. A logistical one for us, with inflation levels, security levels, and race status; and a tactical one, with race status, type of station, and hostile/neutral/friendly status. I figure we're gonna need this.

This doesn't suprise me. The A10 is an amazing plane, few planes are built as nice as they are. Slow as molasses but can deal the punishment as well as take it. My kind of tank killer.

Reporting IN! The patch is finally out! Now's the time to whip ass as chew grass. Ya'll can reach me on AIM, my s/n is ColWeeGee. I'll be on later tonight, if any of ya'll want to play just say so!

Right, so I figured I'd take a shot at the Insurgencies campaign for my first time. While I've owned the game for quite a long time I haven't tried to beat this campaign, so I figured today would be the day I begin. Well, I've already run into my first problem. How the hell are you supposed to catch up with that probe to let loose on it? I can't do it, its wayyyy too fast. What's your technique on toasting this galcommie probe? I need all the help I can get on this one.

BCM Gold @ PC Gamer (Extended Play)
weegee_101 replied to Supreme Cmdr's topic in Battlecruiser Series
Sobs, mine hasn't come in yet this month... I'm worried, it's normally in my hands by now. Whats it about SC? Can we get some scans? -
I got it last weekend from my local EB. Will the extra Gamestop campaign ever be released for people who don't have access to a gamestop? The closest gamestop to me is 3 hours away.

Its alright Nova, Sebbish might have just tought me something man. I'm pretty sure in a thread a long while back this was discussed. If I remember correctly you cannot adjust elevation with waypoints.

Well, thanks anyhow Sebbish. As for #2, I do believe that when you angle your ship right, power is used by them when you take them to full, but at the correct angle more power is gathered all the same. Gotta use power to get power.

Thanks everyone! I'll be going to Georgia College & State Univeristy under their 4-year BFA for Theatre. For those wondering I'll be emphasizing on technical theater; I'm a sound guy (If anybody needs any help mixing something I hopefully will be getting a new mixer soon ). I'm really looking forward to it. On an even better note, I've raked in about $300 in grad money so far (cha-ching!) so I bought BCMG earlier today. (Hears SC go cha-ching in the background ) Yahooooooo! I'm sooooo happy!

Hooray! I've just gotten back from my highschool graduation! Finally I won't have to take PSO classes for college, I'll actually be attending a college full time! Yay! Yay! Yay! I'm so happy!

Looks nice man. Heh, I just didn't want to say pentagram. I've got some uber-christians stalking me because I said the pentagram tattoo one of my friends got was tight... Somebody overheard me. Heh, oops.

Suggestion VLAD. Stay clear of Balor Fleet's logistics routes and you won't get toasted by us. Meet up with me and you'll see what its like to be on the other end of a raider, or ex-raider in my case.

YAY! I just looked at those screenies and I swear, the atmosphere looks soooo much better. Sort of looks like MOTS atmosphere, which is really really good. Some of JK2 just didn't feel like a DF game, maybe this will change that.

You know, it was funny when the Quake II advertising team had a toilet in the place of a computer chair in one of their ads, but this is insane. I seriously cannot believe that ANYONE came up with this idea. Leave it to MSN though. If you ask me, they're plotting against humanity. I'm gonna laugh when the internet has an addiction label on it like cigaretts do.

Obsidian, have you played counter-strike? I'm guessing Master Laserbrain is 12-years old (I say master because I truly disbelieve he/she/it is an adult, and if you look back on times past, Master was the way to talk to boys. Just a tidbit of history .) He has yet to learn that the internet has rules too. Perhaps the youngling has only posted on half-life boards. They are among the worst managed boards in history; never have I seen a board for HL or HL mods actually enforce the rules. His grammer is far from perfect as well. This is typical of CS gamers though. I've seen ass spelled azz far too many times within the game. Ooo, he used a big word like self-rightousness. So bloody what? Use narcissism next time Master Laserbrain, makes you look even smarter. The fact that he called you unprofessional sickens me as well. Many times have I actually had discussions on IRCs with "professionals" who know less about C++ coding than I do, and I know basic C++ coding for basic and adv. mathmatics (gotta make that homework easier! ) purposes. Then going on to say that people call you unprofessional because in a professional manner you say, "Read the manual p.XX and search the board using the search function." shows me just how unexperienced he is. Say this. If I was to call Mackie for help with a new soundboard I got for work and asked what the Output dial next to the Master Mono Output was they'd say (and I know this from experience, I had a question about something else once that was in the manual, but overlooked it) "Sir, its in the users manual on page X." I've learned through my experience, and I've still got a lot to learn being 18, that this is common practice in the professional world. Read the fine manual people, remember this, and you will do fine on this board and in life (for all you people who are younger, as few as that is). He's a troll, simple as that, lets just move on and forget. I hope he stops by one day just to see what feedback he got from this as well, I would love for him to read what I've got to say about life. He needs the knowledge. Oh, and kudos to you SC! You are one of the most professional men alive, you do keep it neutral and to the point (unless they insult you, even then you tend to keep a relatively cool head.
