Well, 512 MB should be enough. How many processes are you running? Control + Alt + DEl = Task Manager. I don't normally run preload 3d models myself,but that's no reason why it shouldn't work.However last time I checked it worked OK. Using 2.00.16?

It shows up in the server list, but I can't log on. It just times out.

Yes, I remember reading the original article in 'LOOK' magazine in junior high. Plus the Fuller book and the TV movie. Dunno what really happened, but when you start hypnotizing people I figure all bets are off. I also liked the Fuller book "The Ghost of Flight 401". Now that was really creepy. Also a TV movie if I recall.

This is a classic from the 70's with George C. Scott and Diana Rigg. Just got it from my local library,even though I saw it years ago on television. This is a satire about the medical system and even though dated, is still relevent today. Anyone who has had even the slightest dealings with the medical industry will get a charge out of this film. Unlikely you can rent it, check your local library.

What chipset is that Hercules 3d profit 4500 ? I have noticed that sometimes in BCMG first person you need to cut back the monitor refresh so that frame rates are below 100. Doesn't sound like your problem,though.

There is no instant fix. You have to play the game several days,game time. Gradually,the crews AI will improve.
