I myself was in a rush to get out to go to work and did a quick response. Now that I have time, let me pick this apart. 1: Pull the other one. If anyone were to believe that statement I'd personally have them committed. If, as you claim, they were only doing this to bring attention to the problems that exist and have existed in voting (since history began), why put it into context of trying to have the Ohio votes thrown out (and not other states that had similar problems). The Ohio votes would have been thrown out if the vote went to uphold the objection and would mean that Bush looses and Kerry wins. There are plenty of other ways to do this not the way they did. Just listen to some of the garbage the Democrats placed into the proposal that was submitted. Like the Super secret Agent sitting somewhere in washington changing Ohio votes in favor of Bush. Now I like a good conspiracy but that one is just way out there. It's such a stretch it probably reaches pluto. 2: Will never happen in anyone's life time. No matter how much you try to improve and spend to make the system seemingly better there's always going to be some nut jobs who still can't figure out what to do and mess up their vote and complain that the system is still broken and that it's a conspiracy and they've been disenfranchised. 3: Someone's paying attention from hearing all the examples of misconduct from both sides. I see you only site one issue about the Republicans. You watched this. Also state some of the Democrats misdeeds please. Believe me they are numerous. You were trying to be broad minded in your post but you lost impartiality when you just state the one issue about the Republicans. I state again this was nothing but an Democratic witch hunt to get the vote overturned in Ohio in favor of Kerry no matter how much you want to sugar coat it. With Michael "Please leave this country" Moore as the head hunter and instigator in all this just ask Senator Boxer. Did you not watch this? Did you also hear everything the Democrats did during this election? Anyway, this thought just occurred to me earlier: The democrats kept whining about voting problems well where the heck were they to insure this didn't happen to their voters? To me, they were admitting to the entire country and the world that they were either lazy and didn't care (figuring they could use it later to steal an election), There is so much in-fighting in their party they couldn't do anything (which was evident in yesterdays broadcast because the dems were split on this issue) or they are just a completely neutered party with no power to affect anything.

I've been watching this for a little bit so far on C-span. The 109th congress is in session today where a group of Democrats has started and are voicing their objection to the Ohio Electoral Votes and what they claim are so called irregularities. C-span: If the House and Senate uphold the objection, the Ohio electoral votes would be thrown out.
