Try this for scenario if Kerry gets elected. Months into the Kerry's presidency: NY gets hit with a dirty bomb irradiates half the population. Kerry calls a U.N.(which has been moved to another building in another part of the country for safety and security reasons)meeting. Months later: another dirty bomb but this in washington D.C.. Kerry announces to the public that we can't act because we have not gotten everyone on board in the U.N. We are still negotiating as your president I am working very hard for international support and approval. More months pass: yet another dirty bomb goes off this time in california. Kerry's address the nation speech "I wish to assure the people of this country that we are working at a fevers pitch to get the U.N. to agree and support our taking any action in this matter." Meanwhile back at a secret U.N. meeting where Germany, Russia, France, Spain, China and every other nation are laughing there arses off in glee as the U.S. gets picked to pieces and thanking god (or whatever deity they pray to) that Bush is no longer in office.

What I don't get is these same rich liberals support Kerry even when he spouts out about taxing them more. There must be a catch. Sure, tax the rich on paper for a good public perception that he's keeping his campaign promise but provide even more loopholes to allow them to avoid the tax. That's one way to go about it.

This is just an opinion from the CNN opinion page: We may discover that the Iraq war, much more than the vanquishing of the Taliban, was the beginning of the end of the regimes that gave us 9/11. We need to be patient. It's just too soon to tell.

So far I've seen alot of excuses coming from the Simpson camp big time. She blamed the band, now her father is blaming it on Acid Reflux The 19-year-old singer was busted for a "Saturday Night Live" lip-synch gone awry. Her manager-father said Monday his daughter used the extra help because acid reflux disease had made her voice hoarse.. I've heard her live before and she stinks. The only reason why she's even up on stage in the first place is because she's Jessica Simpson's sister and that's not saying much either.

Maybe he had lunch at the U.N. with his sister and he's just embellishing it for political reasons.
