I was watching tech tv and they mentioned the DMCA and it's problems so I investigated and found quite a few abuses of this law. Pearl claimed that it had taken away the authorization it had previously given to the contractor to access its system through the password-protected VPN and that the VPN connection was therefore unauthorized. The Court rejected the companyÔÇÖs electronic trespass and CFAA claims due to lack of evidence of any actual damage done. Even though the second server was not being used by the programmer at the time, and its hard drive had been accidentally wiped, the court agreed with Pearl that the existence of the VPN was a prohibited circumvention of a technological protection measure that controlled access to a system which contained copyrighted software. As the DMCA has no harm threshold, the anti-circumvention provisions are open to misuse by unscrupulous companies who seek to avoid paying former employees or contractors by revoking authority previously granted and then alleging circumvention. There is one big annoyance I find with this video and that is I WASN'T PLAYING!! Very, very cool though. Where is air support when ya need it. Order an airstrike on that hot spot then go in and mop up. They see a system with say an "NVIDIA" card and they go "WOW NVIDIA IT MUST BE GOOD." Don't believe it! Check the specs of that particular model first. Just because it's tagged with the name "NVIDIA" means diddley-squat and this holds true for even "ATI". Say you are looking in a certain price bracket and see that NVIDIA does indeed have a card that is slightly better than an ATI for the same price then go for the NVIDIA. Well you get the idea.

Greetings If you do change your video card, you would not be doing it for one game but hundreds that have a pixel shading(PS) option. Take for example Morrowind, the front end launch box has an option box that allows you to turn PS on or off. I've tried it off and always clicked it back on immediately. My cousin, who has a geforce 2 (no PS either), constantly runs over here to see what the games him and I play look like with Pixel Shading and he constantly says he's gotta upgrade his card. People who own the Geforce 4 MX should have done their research before purchasing that card because it's basically just a souped up Geforce 2. Not that I'm telling you to upgrade or anywhing. If you are happy with the GF4 MX that's great, but you don't know what you are missing without Pixel Shading (or other functions the GF4 MX doesn not support).
