Yeah, there was nothing new that we haven't seen from either party. More or less just the standard fare. What I am laughing at is NY Democratic Senator Chuck Schummer's response to Bush's economy statement. According to Chuck NY State has 200,000 unemployed sort of implying if Bush's economy is as good as he say's it is why are there 200,000 unemployed in NY and insinuating it's Bush's fault. Boulderdash, is all I say. First off try blaming companies that have gone belly up due to one reason or another. Secondly taxes, buisness or otherwise, are so high here in NY that most companies would rather pack up and go over to New Jersey than to try and run a large or medium size buisness here in NY State. This Ny state unemployment issue is more a State policy failure than it is a Bush policy failure.

Everyone seems to be overlooking one thing about the Beagle 2 fiasco and that's its orbiter. Not just by us but by the media as well. I've caught on most news channels here how the European's mission is a failure and not one mention of the orbiter. Actually, that mission was only a partial failure and that orbiter is cracked out with scientific insrtuments.Mars Express Orbiter I myself, can't wait to see the scientific data from that.

Phew, for a minute there I thought it was a flu induced hallucination. I'll have to get use to the new format. The one thing I do see that has not changed is the obsessive behaviour towards SC on the GoneGold forum. I tell you from the looks of it some of 'em have even gone paranoid to the extent of accusing someone else of being SC. If that's not obsessive compulsion delusional behaviour I don't know what is. Yup, I got hit with the flu. There I was minding my own business christmas afternoon, felt fine in the morning, then around three O'clock it hit. I tell you this was the nastiest one yet. No remedy seemed to work on this little bugger. From that thursday on I was unable to sleep or do anything. Lost my appetite too except for the fluids the only thing I was able to eat was chicken soup. OMG, I lost a whole pants size I use to be 32 but now it's 31. The damn thing didn't even give up quietly either. You know those desert movies where there's always some guy just making out of the desert alive looking totally dehydrated well that was me yesterday. However, I have survived the bugger and am glad to be back. That is until the next nasty little bugger has it's way with me . After reading all the press about the IPod and seeing all the glorious reviews from IPOD users especially when there are plenty of other better devices available if you only look, I feel that sci-fi has once again predicted the future with INVASION OF THE IPOD PEOPLE . Ah, sadly just as I came up with that I checked the internet to see if anyone else came up with that pun and they have but I'll leave it as is just for the heck of it.
