Have you got level 1 in the ISS forums yet, Jerold? also, have you got UC, because you'll need that for multiplayer (fleet matches) I'm not sure how long it'll be before fleet matches will switch over to UC:AWA. You are at new recruit level again, because so much has changed while you've been gone.

Boran Zavok (Demolition) challenges Remo (Alpha) to a duel at 1730 GMT on Saturday 30th April or at 1830 GMT on Sunday 1st May. If you can do a time during the week, that'd be best, or any other time that fits in with my schedule as given in the first post of this thread. I have issued a challenge from Praetorian to Balor for this Saturday (23rd) either from 5:30 or 6pm GMT) If either of these times is accepted, who can make it? since Damier's schedule is very late night and we haven't heard from Rael in a while, I was hoping Krasus could substitute (or Rip or Zane, but I think they are less available on Saturdays) Acceptable?

We might be able to convince Rip to host a server, I had teh feeling in our teamspeak conversation on Friday that it was going to happen, and on his connection it should be good enough for fleet matches, if he can spare a decent machine.

Those were probably city pubs, am I right? country pubs (in small villages or in the middle of nowhere) are a whole different story.

Basically any country pub in England is a good bet, and there are lots near where my parents live.

Yeah, it's more and more tourist-based as time goes on, which suits some visitors more than others, so if your a culture buff, go see it now while it's still breathing

Could all the active teams post the times when they are generally available with a valid team? Otherwise I'm just guessing in the dark with these challenge times. Tema Praetorian and Team Demolition: Saturdays 1730-2000 GMT Sundays 1830-2000 GMT Praetorian possibly also 1730-2000 GMT Tuesdays Wednesdays and Fridays, but less likely.

More good things about Prague, Czech Republic, apart from its prices, are that the public transport system is very cheap and very efficient, there are lots of places to walk through and lots of pretty good English-speakers everywhere (the city is well-geared up for tourists, and a lot of foreigners live there). People will generally give up their seats on the bus, tram or metro for older folk, but there is the problem with pickpockets that you get in every major tourist city.

Well, we had to make use of the night somehow... Anyway, a conclusive result, more than could be said for my duel with Paladin which followed. We got a lot of others on the server, then I got a firewall hacker warning, which popped up another window and brought UC crashing down Maybe next time... One win under my belt at least (or rather, for my evil twin)
