I tried to create a second ISS team (team CIOPS) but the confirmation email seems to be taking a long time to arrive (for team Praetorian it was almost instantaneous)

*back to the subject at hand* Unfortunately, this situation in other ways reminds me of the rest of my long-distance relationships, where the amorous affection was totally one-way (me to her). Take it gently, and build the friendship, because that is what will make any future marriage a strong one. My next piece of advice may seem a little odd, or obvious, but if you are really serious about this girl, then you have to make her an object of study. Find out how she thinks, how she looks at the world, what her life priorities are, what she most looks forward to and is afraid of, in which ways she most naturally gives and accepts affection, which things are precious to her and which are meaningless. A couple of major issues to consider- does she share your sense of humour and is she going in the same spiritual direction as you? IÔÇÖm not saying those are problems that canÔÇÖt be overcome, but they are major causes of breakdown in marriages and long-term relationships. Love (I mean real love, not just the fireworks, though they are great) is not a feeling, and its not something that just happens to you. ItÔÇÖs a daily decision to be kind, considerate, sensitive, patient and humble with that other person, to do something good for them without requiring something in return. Some days (and moments) your feelings make that easier, sometimes they make that harder, but if you work at it consistently, you can reach a depth of relationship that few experience, and that is to their great loss.

ISS is bursting its banks with new applicants, but if we create more teams, it'll upset the balance of the league, and some of the members of our current team are momentarily erratic in their availability. What are the rules about expanding into more teams at a later stage (or now)?

Yes they do, The Raider station in Foron is neutral to the Insurgents but hostile to Galcom. That's their refuge. Yes, all craft are allowed to dock with stations prior to match start for extra supplies and upgrades, just once things go live they can't.

I think the first match will be at the weekend. I have issued the first challenge to Spectre Fleet from Praetorian for 1830 GMT on Sunday. Maybe I didn't do it correctly, tell me if I didn't and I'll reissue it immediately. Wise words, Marvin, here's to hoping there'll be lots of shy people by the end of the season. ISS is still vulnerable, but once I get all my guys to level 4, you'll all have something to worry about

Welcome to the fleet, Rael! As soon as I'm back on a permanent connection, I'll be able to train you up to peak lethality . If you can organise some training sessions with Zane in the meantime, that'd help. We already have five in team Praetorian, so he should either create an AAE and join team Demolition, or we create a second ISS team (maybe not allowed now). Are there any other times in the week (from 1830-2000 GMT on Sunday)when we can get together 3 of us (for issuing/accepting challenges)? I can in theory make 1730-2000 GMT any day except Sunday.
