Sheesh and Blades calls US vultures. Now before they start in on you, look over the Fleet faq on the 3000ad site, It gives discriptions of all the fleets. Look around, ask questions and don't blindly jump into a fleet. And of course, keep the Insurgency in mind.

SC: If I remember right when Descent 4 was first announced the concet art and other elements that are now in Red Faction were slated for Descent 4. It could simply be recycling stuff on Volitions part, but I don't know for sure. Also it bears a strange resemblence to PTMC, robot drones I've seen times, and level design all bear resemblance to the descent series.

Congratualtions(SP) If I were going to a different college I would be in the area.

1. Give the order for one of your shuttles to collect it. 2. If you think one is following you or may be in the area, see if any fighters jump to a piece of empty space when they are damaged. Drop mines in the area and shoot like crazy. Or jump through a gate, hit the retros and start firing like crazy in the general area a ship following you is likly to apear. 3. no 4. Havethem on station and get theship beat up... repair at GHQ.

As nearly as I can tell, all the tribes servers are independent but registered on a master server. I believe that you can use games spy to find them as well. So if the master server goes down, you should be able to find the servers. Of course with all serial numbers in Tribes II I don't know exactly how it would handle it.

I was not impressed with Dynamix's latest releases... Then again I've not been impressed with ANY recent releases.

You could try editing the BC3K.ini file so that the CD path is the path where you installed the game. I know this works with the CD version, but I don't know about the free.
